Not happy with the poor quality of the…
Not happy with the poor quality of the dress so initiated a return via returns portal. They said i should get an email with returns label & they deduct money for this but still not got the label ! How am I supposed to return it ?! Ive tried emailing customer service & the chat box is useless. Terrible customer service as there is no direct contact.

From looking into your issue I can see that you requested your returns labels via our portal on 2/7/24 and we were unable to get them to you until 5/7/24, three days later. Our customer care team informed you that this was due to us changing over returns portal from Evri to Royal Mail and experiencing some technical issues which are now resolved. Our customer care team responded may times via both email and live chat however we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Won’t be ordering again
Won’t be ordering again! Sized small, waited ages for a refund , had to email them and then they deducted a second £5.95 delivery fee that I had already paid on ordering together with the £1.95 return label fee from my refund! Not impressed !

As our customer care team advised over email, there was no second delivery fee of £5.95 charged for your return. The only fee deducted from your refund was the £1.95 returns fee as is our policy. I hope this clarifies the issue.

I had been looking at a dress that wasn't in stock. I received an email to say it had been restocked. Ordered the dress and it arrived the next day. I am delighted with it. It's beautiful and very flattering. Can't wait to wear it.

Ordered a dress for a wedding, emailed to check would arrive in time. Told it would be with me by the Friday. A week later and the item has not arrived Nor has it been dispatched.
