No sign of my refund after weeks
No sign of my refund after several weeks. No contact details on their website. I returned a dress several weeks ago which was confirmed as received by them on 13th December. They then issued the refund on 18th December, however it ‘failed’ which has never happened before. Shockingly awful customer service.
With the cost of living crisis, purchasing a dress is not something I normally do, however I had a Christmas work event which I needed to find an outfit for, so ordered a few different options. This one from needs no label was not right, hence the return. It’s unacceptable to leave customers waiting for so long to receive their money back.

Sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience whilst shopping with us. I have looked into your return and apologise for the delay to your refund. The Christmas holidays combined with a PayPal issue that is now resolved have caused this to take longer than normal however please note that we do state to allow up to two weeks on our website.
We do also have a 'Contact Us' section on our website where a member of our customer care team will always be on hand to resolve any issues.

Fabulous jumpsuit
Very efficient service. Lovely jumpsuit which actually accommodated my HH bra size, sadly have to return as they were just too long for me.

Very disappointed with this company…
Very disappointed with this company bought 2 dresses to try for size, returned them both paid via PayPal but still waiting for a refund via PayPal 7 days after refund submitted!!! Refund should have been instant is now via cheque which still haven’t cleared from their account 7 days after refund submitted, reported to customer services still waiting for a response/refund!!! This has put me off ordering again…..

Regarding receiving your refund, we do ask customers to allow up to 10 working days from us receiving your parcel and I can see that it has only been 4 days in your instance as of today. Your refund should be with you imminently.

Excellent communication!! I love, love, love this brand, it's new to me but I can certainly see myself becoming addicted to their clothes. I ordered a jumpsuit for delivery on Tuesday, it arrived Weds but that's fine, the communication was excellent and my jumpsuit is smashing.

Love this brand
Love this brand. This is the 4th dress I’ve brought in this shaping as it’s perfect fit for me, usually!
This particular dress is not such a good quality! No lining, tighter fit, zipper hard to get past the waist seam joint! Just not as nice as previous 3 dresses which I love and get lots of compliments about!
Will try to return this one.

Please note that going forwards, all our empire waist dresses have the improved, looser fit as our buying team take all fit comments on board.
