Thanks for the feedback, Darrell. We quoted you for 2 items, one of which we indicated was in stock, and the other we indicated had a 3-week lead time. We don't typically do split shipments, so your order was fulfilled once both items were available (which was actually 2 weeks, not the 3 we quoted).
This company was very quick in letting me know if they could sauce the part and the price.
I had waited 5 weeks to get and answer from the company where the fridge was made but still hadn't received it so I then went and sourced it myself and it took me a few minutes to search out and answer within 20 minutes of enquiring. I will use them again if I require any parts in the future.
