They had a glitch in the ordering system, and I had to call them to get it moving, but from then they were right on to it.

Took 3 attempts to put an order…
Took 3 attempts to put an order through.
The first 2 times, no invoice was sent so that I could make a payment.
On the 3rd time, it took a few days before the invoice was sent. I was ready to try a forth time.
Also, cannot dial 0800 numbers from Australia. No landline number was displayed for me to call internationally
