Have been using two M1 cat toilets for more than 3 years now. First one had some minor defects that I made worse after washing the cat litter box in my bathtub. Nevertheless, it lasted me almost 2 years before it fully broke (didn’t contact support team due to laziness). Was so impressed by this device, that decided to buy a second one even after doing in depth due diligence on other brands (it works perfectly).

Needed spare parts for the trimmer, was arranged within a few days and delivered, good support

I have had the Neakasa M1 with a trap door since October 2024, and I am loving the machine, so well built for a first-gen product. Using with 3 cats, and they all seem to have adapted to the machine since the beginning. After-sales support is also quite good when it comes to spares under warranty, like the silicone mat replacements.

Things to improve:
1. Replacement parts are way overpriced lately; when the device was not that popular, they were like 50% cheaper.
2. App: Sometimes, it doesn't sync itself with the toilet. Or it just times out.
3. The plastic used can be a bit better for the price. I had no issues so far, but for a machine this expensive, it gets scratched by cats easily.
To conclude, great product; if you are on a hunt for an automatic cat litter box, give them a try. Of course, do your own research.

Le M1 Plus derneire generation est un très bon produit. Je n'ai strictement rien à faire, il a aussi le mode chaton dessus. On peut voir le poids de son chat en temps réel. Aucune odeur ne sort et aucun problème pour mon chat.
Je mets 4, à voir avec le temps maintenant. Si tous se passe bien je mettrait la note la plus forte

Our cats started using the Neakasa litter box from the very first minute without any issues. With two cats, it has made daily cleaning so much easier and saves us a lot of time. The automatic cleaning function works reliably, keeping the litter box clean at all times.

One small difference compared to the Pro version is that the Lite version does not include the additional odor-sealing feature. However, this can easily be added yourself with a simple adhesive seal.

Overall, we are absolutely delighted with it and would buy the Neakasa again without hesitation. A clear recommendation for any cat owner looking to make daily litter box maintenance much easier! 🐱🐱👍

Eine wunderbare Erfindung. Man muss sich um nichts kümmern es riecht nicht und meldet sich wenn es gelehrt werden möchte oder Streu aufgefüllt werden muss. Ich bin zur Zeit im Urlaub mit meinem Kater und vermisse es sehr. Der einzige Nachteil, es ist nicht transportabel...Jedenfalls nicht mit dem ICE. Es sollte jeder Ferienwohnung Besitzer haben.
Ich kann es jedem Katzenbesitzer nur empfehlen. Etwas teuer in der Anschaffung aber jeden Euro wert.

Love this litterbox and my cats love it too. Haven’t had any issues except that sometimes I adjust what’s in the bag and get more into it.

I have seven cats and four of these literally boxes no smell only pull bags twice a week. easy set up. i have larger cats so the open mouth design helps
have given as a gift to someone on the struggle bus with old time scooping they love it!!! i recommend to any one to use it

The litter box itself and the app are great. Several years now of used. My cats love it. No smell. The shipping department is absolutely horrible though. So many issues getting replacement parts and bags from them. The litter box though is top notch. Multi cats up to 3 no issues. Sometimes it forgets the cats or switches to kg. And I have to reenter the information. But 9 out 10 for the box. Will definitely buy another if this one ever fails.

I backed the M1 creation and its one of the best things ive done ever. Makes my life so much easier. I have had to speak to customer service regarding the middle tray lifting and they quickly sent me a replacement. Easy Peasy

“I bought the N3 robot vacuum, but unfortunately it never worked properly. It constantly stops and says that something is blocking it, even when there are no obstacles at all. I recorded the problem and made a complaint, and to their credit I was sent a replacement without any issues — good customer service in that regard.

Unfortunately, the new one had exactly the same problem. It maybe drives one meter before stopping again and reporting an error. Because of this, I do not use it at all, which is really disappointing when you have spent so much money on a product that does not work as promised.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this brand of robot vacuum cleaner.”

I have 2 rescued cats, one is 9 pounds and the other is 14 pounds. They’ve been using a regular litter box since they were kittens, so I was worried that it would take them a long time to get used to this robot box. But they started using it right away! I chose Neakasa because it is open on top and I think that made all the difference. I’ve read the other reviews and it sounds like some people are just lucky to get a box that works and some (too many) are unlucky and get lemons. I’ve had mine for 7 months and have had no problems whatsoever. With my two cats, I empty the tray once a week. It’s great! This has been a game changer for me. The only thing I wish is that it wouldn’t stay upside down when the tray is full. That becomes a dire situation if I’m not home. I wish it just stayed open and just won’t self clean when its full. That’s my only complaint. Other than that, I would recommend this - and hope you get a good one!

1 chonky boi, 2 torties and a lovely ragdoll.
I have 4 of the whisker litter robots and while they are nice for the cats, the mainecoons... they dont fit all the way.
I got this one based off the open top.
In all honesty I'd rather switch to all of them being this litter box.i do wish it was wider/bigger since my male mainecoon keeps on growing.
I do enjoy the ease of the dirty litter removal and that it keeps at me when it's full.
I havent had any issues with any sensors giving it false "full" notifications. Unlike the litter robots.

Excellent product for our 3 feline household. Our very timid 15 yr.old was slow to adapt but now loves it as it's fresh & clean for him - everytime:)

This was a very easy setup. I had bought a different brand which was extremely hard to set up and then didn't even work. So I approached this purchase with a little trepidation. I have been very please with how it works. Hopefully it will last more than a year. Really makes owning an indoor cat a breeze.

When we found an adorable stray kitten in the desert last year, and I wanted to keep her but I debated it. And the main reason being I never wanted to have to scoop a litter box again. But as my husband fell in love with the kitten and wanted to keep it, I looked into automatic litter boxes for us. I was reading some of the bad reviews, and I realized there was a few frustrating moments where the button turned a color I didn’t understand or the machine seem to be malfunctioning. However, after talking to customer service and watching some videos on YouTube, I’m a year and an half into owning this machine and it is 100% trouble free for me. The customer service was really helpful when I decided to purchase a new tray that was deeper and holds more litter. I had to change that out myself and I did it backwards so that the magnets that make the box rotate weren’t working anymore. After I sent a video they were able to fix this. But nowadays, all I have to do is open the litter tray, put in another bag and close it. Amazing! I love that I never have to scoop. And I’ve always provided an alternative traditional litter box and the kitty only uses the robot! She has a clear preference for the robot. I think she prefers that there’s no cat litter smell and her robot box flushes itself? She likes to sit and watch it sift. And I always make sure to use unscented litter, which I think actually helps make for a totally odor free house. I have to say having a cat and not having to scoop the litter box is a dream come true. I love this product and I think it was worth the money.

The product was shipped within a reasonable time frame. Everything in the box was in great shape. Once my cat took to the box, he just loves it. He sometimes just jumps in a scratches around and leaves. I'm very happy with the product. I highly recommend this litter box. It keeps the smell down that no one knows that you have a cat. Again a great product

Our cat was afraid of the other self cleaning litter box because it has a lid on it. This type is more like a regular litter box so she has stopped pooping on the floor. Also - way less problems than the robot litter box. I also love that the collector part can be cleaned easily and you don’t have to use a plastic bag if you don’t want to.

I love my Neakasa dog groomer. I have a long hair, two coat, black and white dog and she sheds a lot. Using the Neakasa groomer on her has cut down
on the loose hair that is usually all over my house. She also loves to be groomed with it. In fact, she asks to be groomed(by getting on the couch where I groom her and woofing for me to come groom her?)
