I have the original gray Neakasa M1 litter box and have had to contact customer support twice over the two years I have owned the box. Both times, customer support has been responsive (with consideration to the time difference) and helpful in fully resolving my issues. The first issue was that the motor in the litter box no kommt properly functioned, so I was sent a new motor with video instructions for the install. The second issues was that I heard the litter box gears had been updated to improve safety. It would have been nice to be informed of the potential danger to my cats without the upgraded gear. However, I received the updated gear and install instructions without delay after I contacted customer support.

I purchased my M1 Neakasa 18 months ago and it has worked really well til lately. I reached out to customer service and they've been very helpful with troubleshooting. I purchased a replacement gear motor and the product is still not working but they have offered to send me a refurbished unit! I am super happy about that because my unit is 6 months past warranty. Customer service has been good!

Neakasa pet grooming kit with vacuum has been a game changer for me! I have 2 small dogs to groom & 1 large dog to de-shed. I am able to sit in the living room where it’s cool and groom the dogs without making a mess.
Customer service has been amazing in helping with questions about replacement parts. They have been very responsive and kind through the whole process.

I have two boxes from this company. The 1st model amazing the second model I've had nothing but issues. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Service is actually non existent.. The amount of times they want me to work on this box like I'm a Neakasa employee technician is terrible. I can no longer recommend this Company.

La litière est autonome pendant des semaines, sans odeur, et sans frustration pour mes chats.

We have 2 of their litterboxes, and they both have been great. We have 6 cats so they get used frequently and they have both held up well. The newer model fixes small issues with the older one so is worth the price. Well worth the money.

Absolutely terrible product & terrible company
We foolishly bought 4 at the cost of £2000
Within 5 weeks the problems started & customer services is a waste of space.
They do a copy & paste reply message and dont deal with your problems
Repeatedly asking for serial numbers over & over and videos of the problem
They dont honour your warranty
I have been constantly emailing for 17 months and again they are now asking for serial numbers !
Their favourite thing is reply on trustpilot to negative feedback asking for more details & to contact them for the whole saga to start again
There is a group on FB that almost every member is having problems with them and every member say they have been scammed
As expected fobbed off reply !!!

I had a great experience with Neakasa from start to finish. The ordering process was easy, shipping was fast, and the product arrived well packaged.

The pet dryer has been one of the best purchases I’ve made for my Goldendoodle. It’s powerful without being overly bulky, and I love its compact size because it’s easy to take with me when we travel and doesn’t take up much space.

The different temperature settings work very well, making it easy to dry my dog comfortably and safely. The included nozzles are also excellent and make a noticeable difference depending on the area I’m drying, leaving the coat fluffy, smooth, and looking professionally groomed.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and my experience with Neakasa. I would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend them to other pet owners.

This litter box has performed great for me. It lasts around 6-7 days before emptying for 2 cats. The smell stays mostly contained w/o much smell except when you change out the bag. I do clean it every 2 to 3 weeks to keep it clean. It cleans easily and easy to remove and reinstall. I have 2 of them for vacation and easily lasts 2 weeks.

Very safe litter robot. Incredible time saver. Early adoption rates by Siberian Cats. I have ordered (4) now with the last one being delivered next week. Easy to change out litter bags, convenient app to monitor health and maintenance.

I really like the Neakasa litterbox. It works great. I love the app. It tells me who is using the box, if the litter is low or it there is any issues with the box. It is the best automatic litterbox I have had.

I didn't even buy one. I tried to. But they were out of stock, specifically for my country. No preorders available; just ask them to notify you when they're back in stock. Oh wait, no, that's just a joke button. You can't actually get them to notify you when they're back in stock. Try to buy the same model but for a different country; well, you can add it to your cart, but then you can't order it of course. So you give up. But wait! Now you can get inundated with harassing emails about the product you weren't even allowed to buy because you left it in the basket. Try to unsubscribe and it takes you to a page that DOESN'T EVEN LOAD! Thank you so much for the hell you have gifted me neakasa, without me even needing to buy anything.
