When a power outage hit my store

When a power outage hit my store. We were not able to go back online. We reached out for help and immediately we were put into spooling and I was educated on what would happen moving forward. Unfortunately we were not able to get back online immediately so we had to create a second ticket and had to wait until it was fixed by NCR. Every time we reached out and spoke to someone they were very helpful and took the time to explain and educate us on our issue.

Y'alls escalations department is awesome, everytime we have a problem it gets attention from either Andrej or one of his team and we really appreciate it.

Give some of y'alls level 1s a bit more than a week of training though, they will need it lol

Trudy was amazing

Trudy was amazing! Yes it took a couple back and forth, but she never gave up, listened and she rocked! the only downside to the call was, i really could not understand the lady when i called it to get help. i had to call twice because i wasnt sure she understood me, and how extremely urgent my problem was.
