What made my experience incredible is the knowledge I was exposed to thru a gentleman by the name of Brian Ralston. This man took the time to listen to what my intensions were and what direction I wanted to go in with my business he used his knowledge to guide me in the right direction without being pushy or demanding just to make a sale. In laymans terms he clearly walked me thru what would be the best and most effective way to structure my business and get it right the first time. I would and will refer any and all who are serious about forming a LLC the correct way from the gate to him. Jamie was awesome, and thorough.

I had 2 LLCs through NCH for over 20 years. Paid them every year and asked hardly anything of them. What they don't tell you is that one you close your LLC they won't help you with simple stuff. The reason to have an LLC is liability protection and they boast about how ownership is veiled . So after you close and LLC sometimes you might continue to get mail from the IRS for example. They will forward that to you. BUT when you want to reply to that mail and retain the veil they will NOT take a responding piece of mail from you and forward it to the the entity that sent the message to you. Period. Not even for a fee. NOT HAPPY. Especially with Amy Hart

Regarding your response. Yeah the LLC in question was dissolved 3 to 4 years ago but the correspondence in question is for something from 10 years ago. It is not a casual letter but a RESPONSE to an important letter that YOU forwarded to me after it was received by YOU. I am just trying to follow the same path back to them. So yes, it is a simple request that you COULD assist with if you wanted to. And maintain the veil which is the reason I opened 2 LLCs with you in the first place. Or just return mail that comes in for the LLC as "not at this address". The fact that you accepted the letter implies that the company IS at that address.
