I bought a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa…
I bought a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa November 2024 it arrived with a fault in the head cushion. This did get fixed but it took them ages to arrange and they are not good a replying to emails then we experienced the sofa leaning to one side and the foam inside the seat splitting. It took them over 6 months to sort, again they are not very good at replying to emails or getting any response to phonecalls. The repair they did wasn’t satisfactory as the material they used to repair the seat was a different shade of colour and texture but we’ve been told we have to put up with it. Then at Christmas the same seat the motor stopped working. They are refusing to repair as they say it’s out of contract as over a year although we had a new seat which comes with an extended 6 months warranty. Stainguard are refusing to fix it as still in warranty. No one answers emails or gets back to us. When we visit store they just pass on information and customer service never reply. We just want our money back as we’ve had nothing but problems

This is my order number with this dodgy…
This is my order number NDOM7593 with this dodgy company
I supposed to be receive it with two weeks after eight week I receive it and the item is damaged which is originally they have 12 months warranty now the company say you don’t have a warranty we not replace it for you and data is it?
