Can't go lower than 0 of I would. Long story short, they don't deliver items. Then you are supposed to wait a month to see if you get it. Order Polo or Columbia. At least you will get what you ordered that way.

I am a Customer Services Specialist. Customer Services within Nautica is appalling.
Spoke to CS Supervisor Albert ID 12669. This guy was horrible. I was reporting a T-shirt I bought 4 months ago, outside their 50 window for returns. The color faded yo white in one spot and a hole formed.
This is due to the harsh chemicals used to develope certain color tones
The would not replace it for me. I just wanted a replacement without a spot or a hole in it.
Albert repeatedly interrupted me. He would not let me speak, and proceeded to end the call because I was irritated by the repeat interruptions. This guy was a supervisor?
Called their store, ask for the store manager. The lady on the phone said she was the manager and her name was ”Kelly.’ When I spoke of the issue, she proceeded to tell.me she was the assistant store manager and could not exchange the T-shirt, or she would get in trouble? I proceeded to ask, you'll get in trouble for helping out and resolving an issue for a customer?

Worst Customer Service and eCommerce site.
I tried placing an Order using Nautica gift card, there was an error message that we could not process your order (actual reason was not provided) and it pulled all the money from my gift card. Requested customer service to provide refund, they created an SR and no one have the courtesy to send me a replacement gift card. Whenever I called customer service, they say the SR is under processing but no progress made. I will never buy anything from Nautica.com again.

Terrible return policy watch was defective the sent me a new one which I was charged for. The said once watch was returned I would receive refund. It has been 3 weeks since I returned it no refund. I did live chat what a joke on my phone for about an hour. Still no refund they wanted tracking number which I have but not with me so once I get home from vacation I will call with that. Wish me luck very irritated!!!

The polo shirt I purchased shrank severely after the first wash, which was in cold water. Now instead of a large, the size is somewhere between and medium and a small! The web site chat was not useful. I called the phone number, and nobody was there. I left a voice mail to call or email me.

It was my 1st order and 1 of the item I wanted to return, but for a product of $14 they wanted me to pay shipping which should be only through FedEx of UPS which is more than the cost of the product. SHAME on NAUTICA for such customer service which is worst than any companies doing online services in the entire USA

I bought and returned the polo as it didn’t fit me well. I returned it on Feb 2022 and until now April 2022, I have not received the money back. Nautica is the company with the worst customer service that I have worked it. I called 8 times and the problem has not been solved. They want to steal the money from me. It’s not worth my time and money to buy from this company. This is the first and last time that I bought clothes from Nautica.

I bought online a nantucket green TSHIRT and Nautica sent me a lime green tshirt (which is not the same color)
Spoke with customer service (and sent email of the tshirt) and Joanne supervisor. Joanne told me it is the same color and the difference of color is due to contrast of the computer.... . lol, .. Please look at the attachment... it is 2 different colors. I order several items on the internet and to be honest.... this is by far the worse customer service !! Nautica never again !!

Christmas Ruined!!!
Poor Service. Have a limited income because of Covid and no job since March. Bought my wife’s Christmas gifts with 2 day delivery that cost and extra $20 on the 16th. Got an email on the 18th and it read will be delivered on the 26th. We don’t have additional money for me to buy my wife a gift for Christmas! All they would do is credit me fir the $20.

Technical difficulties as an excuse that never ends. Nautica was sold several years ago and the company that took it over must be subpar. All customer service is in another country. Easy to tell that they don't have a command of English in their writing. Will they ever receive my return and will I get my money back?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I bought a watch on July 18, 2020 and returned it on July 28, 2020. It is tracked and received and signed for by "M.Matt" at their warehouse. After calling customer service and getting nowhere, I tried the live chat - guess what, they are having "technical issues". So I am now on my 5th email trying to get my refund from 3 months ago! I gave them all of my information and they referred me to Timex to get new parts! WHAT? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Worst customer service EVER! These people have NO INTENTION of assisting you and to even refer to the "customer service" team as "customer service" is, by definition, a contradiction. After having contacted them numerous times, (regarding the same issue only to get stupid, NOT helpful responses from them), I have determined that Nautica's "customer service" is outsourced, paid by the number of messages they respond to rather than by the number of customers they ACTUALLY provide ANY assistance to. Don't even bother contacting them. Trust me, it won't do any good.

2 stars for you to be fair. I can't say anything about the quality of your products because I never received my order. And the customer support agents tried to get rid of my calls by giving me unrelated and short answers or simply hanging up to my face. I called 3 times, not just once and waited enough to hear back.
I was promised by the supervisor to be looked at this case finally, but never heard from her at all.
The customer satisfaction is the way to judge a company.
