Order in store only, your online experience will be a disaster- order will be late, no one will help you, refunds are extremely difficult.
Nautica does not make 100% cotton…
Nautica does not make 100% cotton shirts or clothing no more. Most of them are now blended with Polyester and I have sensitive skin.. other than it feels not breathable or comfortable . You don't get value for you money. I prefer Tommy Hilfiger now coz when the label says 100% cotton, its true !!

Customer service just says that it's due to the exchange rate, and refuse to refund the full amount as they say they are not responsible.
Their English is less than average and certainly comes from half-way around the world

I'd never heard of this brand before I bought a hoodie from M and M direct. The quality is absolutely superb. Lovely, thick material. Great fit and extremely comfortable.

Ordered my stuff on Nautica Canada in August 2023. On 13th Sep. got an email from dvftrack.com that package has been shipped via sea. The last update on 3rd Dec. showed that parcel will be delivered within two weeks which I have not received yet (20th Dec.) I read dvftrack.com reviews on scamadviser.com & found that this website is a SCAM. Nobody picks up my calls at dvftrack.com. Sent emails to Nautica but nobody answered. I assume Nautica Canada also is a dubious website. Lost US$ 100 and waiting from the last four months for my parcel. STAY AWAY from these websites if you want to save your money.

MY order for a lounge jacket was for a size XL, which is my size in all other brands of jackets and shirts. It was by far, way TOO large. Return is PrePaid by buyer. Return to a Nautica store?? Where? Want an exchange, create a new order. Buying a Nautica product will be through Walmart or Amazon in furure.

Huge problems with Nautica EU
Huge problems with Nautica EU not even sure if genuine goods. Eight Polo shirts ordered, kept 5.
1. Some had a terrible sickly smell
2. Some were not xxl and did not measure the stated 54"
3. Totally inconsistent product
4. Terrible returns service. For the first return I had to send multiple pictures to prove I was telling the truth and they were cut small.
5 For the second return with same problem I have just sought a return at my expense and they still have to review it!
I do not recommend this company and not sure if somebody is selling shoddy goods with the Nautica name.
Nautica The Most Abusive Clothing Retailer…
Nautica has become the most abusive clothing retailer on earth... They're basically peddling junk garments made of the cheapest materials and sized ridiculously small... And then when you go to return them, they make the customer pay for the return, they don't even provide a discounted return label, and they take 30 days to refund you money after they receive the item back... How are they still in business...???

I wanted to send 3 shirts back because they all had a hole in the same location due to thread coming undone. I had only worn one of the shirts once, so it appeared to be an issue with manufacturing. I decided to reach out to Nautica chat service and see if I could get a replacement but was told I needed to spend money on the shipping to Nautica for a replacement.
Also, I was not guaranteed a discount such that I had claimed before because I would have to put in a new order once they refunded me. The refund/replacement process Nautica has in place is absolutely terrible! After being on the chat for over 30 minutes to find this out, I was done with everything and decided it's best to just keep the shirt with a hole and never do online shopping with Nautica again. I've replaced so many items with Amazon without an issue at all... they fully refund me and it's very easy to do without a cost to the customer.
Best of luck to those willing to roll the dice on Nautica.
Nautica clothing is not consistent
Ordered extra large T-shirts I ve bought before ... these were thinner, cheaply made, and I could barely fit in them ... returned at my cost even though their clothes are not uniform or have any consistency at all ... not true to size, except for sometimes. Also useless cutsomer service ... I WILL NEVER BUY NAUTICA AGAIN .... they do not stand behind their brand ... wouldn't even help me out with a credit, promo, goodwill discount
Complete Rubbish!
Shoe just felt awful from the start. The insole collapsed into the soul leaving a very uncomfortable footbed. Complete cheap rubbish. Lowest quality shoes I've ever bought. Apparently they are for hiking but I wouldn't even wear them in the garden.

Appaling
I bought a pair of boots from Nautica from a TXMaxx store. Bought it on 1st of December and on the 24th they were broken, I have a huge hole in the heel. Outrageous!
Don’t stand be behind their products
I ordered 2 sweatshirts that I received, tried on and put away as I live in Florida and it was too warm to wear them. I got them out later and wore one and washed it. It became very misshapen and no longer fit right. I was not about to try the other one. I asked to return and they said I was past 30-day return policy so had no option to send back now. Way to not stand behind your product! Will never buy from them again.

First time nautical online shopper although I have purchased their clothes for years at Macy’s. Online store new acct set up and checkout made the purchase one I probably wouldn’t repeat. Received what I ordered, three items, one didn’t really fit. Decided to return it and once I read all the hoops you have to jump through to accomplish that decided it would be a Christmas gift for someone else. I guess their return policy worked as intended for them, for me not so much. Will stick to other brands moving forward, disappointing but too many others that make comparable clothing and have a friendlier easier approach.
false advertising 20 % off $150+ in Sales…
The is a promotion for 20 % off orders of $150+
But apparantly it does not apply to any items on sale (or clearance) 95% of the items are on sales. Talked to the supervisor - no help, This is Totally false advertising. The should mention the 20 % off is for regular priced items. Just wasted 2 hours on false advertising. Sam
