Naturopathy Diploma Course
I finished my Naturopathy diploma course in Feb 2024, which I took alongside with the Naturopathic Nutrition diploma course. The Naturopathy course is an important one for anyone who wants to support others' health naturopathically, as well as to share, preserve and continue hundred years of precious naturopathic knowledge, traditions and protocols. We’re taught concepts and remedies that not only address physical but also emotion conditions as they are interrelated. The academic tutors shared with us their practical clinic experiences besides rich insights and knowledge. My special thanks to Course Director Dee Clough who has been very supportive, understanding and proactive in providing additional teaching resources and workshops to us. Thanks Dee!!

I am grateful for the excellent quality of lecturers (for both in-person and online) in health coach course completed the past 10 months. I learnt more from the in-person classes because CNM lecturers are dedicated to the subject, brilliant communicators and made the in-person classes engaging and interactive. Thank you to CNM for providing a very supportive learning environment.
While the weekend studies felt intense at times (some topics took me more time to study), my classmates have been generous in sharing resources, study tips, and most importantly the shared enthusiasm to learn and have compassion was encouraging for me. Thanks CNM for connecting me to these wonderful human beings in my cohort!

Thank you CNM Dublin
Just uploaded my last reflective essay after 3 amazing years of CNM. Honestly, I feel that I will be lost without any assignments to upload and I am sure I will miss those lovely weekends in class, watching and taking notes from all the amazing and knowledgeable lecturers at weekends in Dublin. A special thank you to Director of studies Marian C. that supported me throughout the years, in those difficult and challenging days of desperation. You are doing a great job in CNM Dublin and I am so grateful for all your help and emotional support. Thank you to in-class lecturers Honor and Claire and online lecturer Bob Q. You are great and made my days of CNM much more enjoyable and interesting. Wishing you all the best. Keep the amazing work and making wonders in people’s lives. You are the best. CT

Love and passion
Gautami, I love your calming and soothing voice that calms me everytime I feel anxious about an exams or an assignment. You know how to encourage, support as well as making difficult subjects easier and focussing me. Most of all, you always inspire me with your passion you put in your case studies. You start from far, where every sign and symptom seem only part of long list and then bit by bit towards the end the magic happens when you draw all of them together in a symphony where everything gives a sense of how people's homeostasis has gone out of balance and how to regain it.

Chose for a private career change, but not for an accredited course
Got a response today (2 months later) for my queries sent per email on the 2nd of May. - Like it has been said before they're all about the money. All monies payed are non-refundable, no satisfaction guaranteed. - Hooked up to further my studies. Been given loads of biased misinformation (e.g. oats contain gluten (Digestive System Lecture 8, Part II, page 45)) - Courses and exams have been changed around at a spinning pace... After I decided to quit, just emails about more payments, nothing personal at all at all; thought individual is what holistic medicine and naturopathy is about? - Don't engage unless you are bl**dy desperate; signed student ID C260690

I have just finished my first 2 modules in Biomedicine and passed my first mini exam. I am so happy:) the quality of online teaching and materials are all great. My only challenge is that I have to do this course with an intense job in apparel industry, and with my 9yo son. The recommended hours of work is 10 hours a week, but it looks i need to spend more time. I am a little bit worried that I may fall behind the schedule, and if this happens i would like to know if there is any flexibility for the exam timelines.Overall I am very happy.

CNM was amazing!
My experience at CNM wasn’t just eye-opening, it was life-changing. I learnt so much that I could put into practice in my personal life and also make a difference in other peoples life.
The content was a perfect balance of the holistic approach and evidence based. I couldn’t recommend CNM enough. I loved the Nutrition course so much, I have now enrolled on Herbal Medicine.

Excellent course but very demanding
Excellent course but very demanding. There are deadlines, assignments like on degree courses. Their `sales` people wont tell you this and on my new course women who went to their open days told me they had received calls from their sales team. I had to leave as i developed several autoimmune problems due to stress. This seems not to be uncommon and one lady left with crohns she hadnt had since 22yrs ago. Unfortuanately CNM seem to be more intreasted in profit`- almost immediately after telling them i was leaving I had two emails in an almost threatening tone telling me I had to pay up for the last year by a certain date. They have lost their `ethics` and the reason why they are here basically. Its a college of healing and it has lost its way and only seems intreasted in making money

I enrolled on the Nutrition Course in…
I enrolled on the Nutrition Course in Oct 2018. I was incredibly vulnerable at the time as I was completely devastated with my daughters diagnosis of Autism which is severe. I found changing my daughters diet was improving Autism symptoms, which made me seek out CNM. I went to an interview on Manchester site and I felt positive Id made the right decision. Upon receiving access to the work and looking at it I was totally terrified at the amount of work expected by myself as a mum of a child that didn't sleep, eat, digestive issues etc. I didnt feel the person who interviewed me told me enough about the amount of work expected of me. Anyhow I spoke to CNM whom said I couldn't have a refund as I'd signed the contract on site, I was then put through to the course manager who reassured me and I continued to begin the course. I struggled through Biomedicine which I really enjoyed but I was exhausted. I decided to take a year out (Oct 2019). Luckily I did as COVID hit shortly after, during that time my relationship became very abusive and my relationship was falling apart so i had to take another year out (Oct 2020), come March 2021I had to go into the women's refuge and as I went to start college again (Oct 2021) my mum went into ICU for 8weeks and my ex was dragging me through the family courts all the while I was trying to find a new home, get my daughter a suitable special needs school back home, be my mums advocate as she wasn't able. So because all this was happening I rang CNM and asked to defer, at this point in time I thought I had to take a year out at a time I didn't know when the course director said I could switch to online that meant I could put the course back a couple of months i was always under the impression i could only take a year out at a time. The online scenario was never explained to me. Anyhow come Oct 2022 i thought I was in a good place to start college, I'd finally moved back to my hometown out of the refuge into a new house and all set up, settled my daughter in new special needs school, I'd finished with court (court ordered) however as I started the course my ex made life very difficult, to be honest the amount of trauma I have made me unfunctional. But I struggled through for so long but I ended up back in court again, my daughter had to move school again as the school couldnt meet need, my grandad who I care for had an accident and hasn't come back the same, im power of attorney. There's more than this to explain but it's never ending anyways Ive just stopped trying I had no time to watch the lectures let alone study for the exams. I've just given up now through sheer exhaustion. I'm still enrolled getting all the info I can for my Autistic daughter but as far as the exams and assignments, I just couldn't hit the deadlines and I was failing the exams because I just couldnt keep up with the work load and my unfortunate life circumstances. I'm disappointed with how it's all been handled. I havent contacted CNM as I know what they will say to me. But I do feel incredibly abandoned, through the hardest times of my life, the one thing I had to look forward to was this but life put me in situations I couldn't ignore and i knew i was on my last leg with CNM from the last conversations and I'm just beyond exhausted. I guess I just want them to realise they have nothing in place for people like me, I finally escaped something auwful and I've been abandoned because I couldn't hit deadlines. It's not that my knowledge isn't strong or that I'm not committed I've just been pushed beyond breaking point...so I stopped for my own wellbeing. I'm dedicated to helping my Autistic daughter and educating people about the things I've done to help her, I walk into the Autism group and people stop and want to hear what I've got to say as many parents are desperate to help their children because the NHS isn't exactly helpful barring a diagnosis you don't get much help, and there's someone like me with a wealth of knowledge that I won't be able to put into practice because im not going to get any qualification because I couldn't hit the deadlines and my time to complete the course runs out in December. I guess I'm saying there should be something for people with extreme extenuating circumstances that has to be evidenced to help support people like me and give us a shot at finishing these courses so we can provide something from all we've learned. Having said all that the knowledge is fantastic but in terms of deadlines and extenuating circumstances ,they werent realistic for people like me, and I think CNM should look towards supporting abused people, especially as a college that teaches about health and wellbeing and massively within that self care. They need to practice what they preach for want of a better saying. Thank you

100/10, 5 ⭐ rating.
I did the Indian Head Massage Course. Absolutely fantastic course. Jan is a brilliant teacher and I have learnt so much about the human body, the art of massage, and the importance of working with a client. While I felt the turnaround to complete the coursework was tight, the coursework was immensely valuable in my learning and practice. I would 100% recommend this course to someone who wants to learn Indian Head Massage. The travel from Carlisle was definitely worth it! 100/10, 5 ⭐ rating.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I started the…
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I started the nutrition diploma in January 2021. It was all online so there were pre-recorded lessons which was fine. Unfortunately, 13 days after I began my mother passed away. As you can imagine I was distraught. I contacted the college to try to defer the course until next year but they would only agree if I continued to pay the monthly instalments. I explained that this wasn’t an option as I wasn’t working since she passed and was really struggling as I was now the full time carer of my father who has terminal cancer. They wanted money and that was all they cared about. Even when I shared the state of my own mental health they wouldn’t let up. While I was in shock at the unexpected loss of my mother and preparing to say goodbye to my father they kept sending me letters threatening legal action. I had already paid in and around €1200 which I never received a refund for. All for 13 days, I prerecorded lesson. I also attended 1 live 1 hour Q&A class in that time. I wanted to just move on with my life and forget the horrible experience with this college but even months later the letters kept arriving. This college is all about the money. No consideration for the welfare of a student who came on hard times. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I just went to your Facebook page to leave this review but I see you disabled public commenting. I would do the same if I was you too. Shameful!
I see the reviews on Google are left by some of the employees of CNM. That doesn’t surprise me either…

I am an online health coach student
I am an online health coach student. I decided to take my coaching skills and add a different dimension to them with this course.
The online learning platform is very simple to use, and CNM provides lots of additional materials to help you through the course. In addition to the online training portal, they provide live online classes to ask questions and discuss case studies with the tutors. The addition of being on a WhatsApp group with other students is a great support mechanism throughout the training. The team at CNM was also great at taking feedback and making changes to training modules to improve the experience for future students. Overall, it was an excellent learning experience.
I was lied to from the get go
I was lied to from the get go. I enrolled with CNM and was told that if i didn’t enjoy the course I can leave whenever only to finish first year (and hate it)and then get told i’m stuck in a 3 year enrollment having to pay the extra 2 years (over 10k) regardless if i continue or not.
My first year was a SHAMBLES. They got all of our exam dates wrong, gave misinformation regarding the course and what we needed to do and on top of all of that covid hit and we were forced to have zoom lessons on a laptop at home with NO discount considering I paid for an education in class. I’ve now got serious health conditions and am an end of life carer for a family member, i earn little to no income and their financial team continue to harass and threaten me. They add ridiculous charges on top of ANYTHING so please please PLEASE read the whole contract you get and read it again because this company is shady

My journey through the Health Coach Diploma Course 😊
I am currently enrolled as an in-class student in the Health Coach Diploma course, and I'm nearing the completion of my diploma journey.
Choosing to enroll in this course has been one of the most rewarding decisions I've made, marking a significant positive change in my life. Through this journey, I've not only gained valuable knowledge and skills but also had the privilege to connect with incredible, like-minded individuals who share a passion for health and wellness. CNM has proven to be an exceptional institution where the commitment to education is truly remarkable.
The course is meticulously organised, offering fantastic in-college service and an online platform coupled with comprehensive theory and hands-on practical training during clinical hours. Additionally, the opportunity to access high-quality online lectures and engage with inspiring lecturers in person has been invaluable.
I highly recommend taking advantage of the various mentoring programs facilitated by ANP and UKIHCA in collaboration with CNM. These programs provide additional support and guidance for personal and professional development.
I must commend the exceptional management of the Health Coach Course by Director Victoria Mudie. Her dedication to maintaining the course's quality and her genuine concern for her students' success is truly commendable.
As I look forward to the next chapter of my journey, I am filled with excitement and confidence. This course equips students with the knowledge, support, and tools necessary to thrive as successful health coach practitioners, and I am eager to embark on this fulfilling path.

My journey
I hate to admit this but the enrolment is super skilled at recruiting quickly bit the terms and conditions are brutal and most be read through category if you wish to proceed. Please please read those word for word. I am so confused about the lack of other negative reviews online and almost find this suspicious. This school gives me really creepy vibes of you investigate it further and their tactics to slap charges for everything, late fees for missing emails with no grace periods was my experience. They shut down my entire course days before the final as I missed an email regarding a payment and was late. Then when I tried to pay the remainder of the course I was informed I need to pay for the next years of my course up front out with a payment plan (threatening legal action if I defaulted), even though I started I can no longer commit to it due to a drastic personal change in circumstance. So now, having almost completed 1 of 3 years of a course I signed up for in 2019, it is 2024 and get get regular emails stating each reminder may come at an additional cost that I owe the payment for the rest of the course. I can’t pay for it, and don’t know how else to state it. I’d love a review of circumstances but refuse to sign a payment plan first.
I loved what I learned in the course however. I did find the filmed lectures dry only because if you notice there’s one main lecturer for each course and you’ll sirens hundreds of hours listening to them talk in the same voice. You can change the speed of the voice which is nice. I found the people also quite pleasant in general who work here. But when it comes to the department of finances, it is a whole different story. Fees keep increasing too for courses. Just be wary of the terms and conditions and check your emails religiously so you don’t miss payments and get charged late fees. Know what the course will look like and make a plan to succeed. Those hurdles aside, I think you can have a very positive experience. I just couldn’t get passed those hurdles, hence my experience is less positive. Don’t jump into the course at the speed at which you’re being recruited. Do through research (which is hard to do online I know, but maybe speak to someone who has gone there)
I have just completed the Health Coach…Diploma
I have just completed the Health Coach Diploma online and have enjoyed every minute. The lectures and course material were of high standard. As I work 3 long shifts per week in a hospital, I have had to be super organised to fit my studies around my job. However if you are studying your passion, you make it work. I should have took my exam in November 2023, unfortunately I caught the flu and was quite poorly with it on the exam days. I got in touch with the course director Victoria Mudie and she transferred me to the January exam without any extra cost or fuss.

1st year Biomed student, the teaching is excellent both the online lectures and the study handouts. Very easy to use website with clear pathways and instruction. The study resource section is well thought out and appropriate for use. The online study tutorials are also helpful and worth doing. The course content is considerable but manageable as one can dip in and out to suit your own time frame. Highly recommend

Disappointing Experience with Nutritional Therapy Diploma
As a CNM graduate as a Health Coach, I enjoyed my learning. However, if you are considering the Nutritional Therapy diploma, be warned.
I was interested in the Nutritional Therapy diploma and made enquiries regarding this. The marketing team are very keen to get you to commit to making a payment without allowing you to explore your academic abilities and age. I am 62 and started the NT diploma in May 2023 and found it very hard. I was spending around 20 hours a week studying on top of the filmed lectures that were quite long. Some are almost three hours long, so if you have to pause to take notes, you will be there forever.
I was offered a job as a Health Coach working in a trial for 10 hours a week and decided to fit this in with my studies as it came up simultaneously. However, I fell behind with my studies in Biomedicine and became ill. My mental health was suffering from the stress, and I had to stop trying to learn as it was far too hard for me to absorb. There is no way this could be achieved with the 10 hours quoted by the marketing team, and they certainly did not mention to me that this was on TOP of the lectures.
I contacted the college to request a refund as I had yet to pass the first module, but this was refused. I was offered the opportunity to extend my learning time with the college, but there would have been a cost of £100 to move to a different start date. So they wanted even more money from me.
I know of many people who were told the same as me and have since been in tears with the stress of falling behind, moving cohorts and spending another £300 for the privilege, only to end up stressed again because they are putting in a 20 hour week on top of holding down a job.
These people came to *me*. I was told by the college that I had "broken the student rules for discussing this with fellow students". Well, what do people do when they are unhappy? They seek out opinions. I am amazed how many people have been told this is a 10-hour-a-week course and still are told this. The college has since changed the information on their website from 10 to 15 hours in light of my complaint. However, their other social media still says 10 hours, without mentioning this being on top of watching the lectures.
Today, a fellow student called me in tears, saying she had received a bill and a fine for late payment yet had not even received an invoice to pay. The departments do not communicate with each other, and all this does is cause unnecessary stress. For a holistic business, this is ludicrous. They teach you the problems that stress causes, yet they create it!
I spent £3000 on the first year and have not completed the first module, and not even a token gesture of a refund in sight. It's a shame that this college is all about the money grabbing, not the care of the student. As it's mostly online, they are not dealing with people, just numbers and ££££. They have no morals, and I suspect the staff are so far stretched that they are also stressed. They have been rude to my fellow students on the phone, which I guess is because they are at their tether's ends, too.
The business has grown so big, but they don't have the procedures in place to support the growth, and as a consequence, it is all falling into shambles. If I had been asked about my ability or had taken any form of assessment before parting with my money, it would have been clear to me and CNM that this diploma was not for me.
Stress is detrimental to physical and mental health, and the college teaches this. Yet, all I have witnessed with myself and others is that this diploma creates unnecessary stress. If only they were more honest instead of grabbing your hard-earned cash. Please save your money and spend it elsewhere.
