Mes 3 chattes ADORENT les croquettes Nature's Hug. Elles en mangent en gâterie et en complément de leur nourriture anallergéniques de Royal Canin, mais - si cela n'en tenait qu'à elles - elles mangeraient seulement les croquettes Nature's Hug. L'une d'elles est allergique aux protéines animales, et après 8 ans, elle réagit à toutes les sortes disponibles en boutique et chez les vétérinaires. Nature's Hug est un très bon complément pour varier leur alimentation. Aussi, j'ai eu un sac percé. J'ai écrit au Service à la clientèle et leur réponse a été reçue dans les heures suivantes. J'ai reçu un nouveau sac le lendemain.

My three cats LOVE Nature's Hug kibble. They eat it as a treat and as a supplement to their Royal Canin Anallergenic food, but if it were up to them, they would eat only the Nature's Hug kibble. One of them is allergic to animal proteins and, after 8 years, she reacts to every variety available in stores and at the vet. Nature's Hug is a great way to add variety to their diet. Also, I once received a punctured bag. I emailed Customer Service, received a reply within hours, and had a replacement bag the very next day.

Great that you can get it ordered and shipped directly to you, and you can schedule it for repeat orders. My little guy loves this food, and has done so well on it as he was having issues before switching to this. We will continue to be a loyal customer :)

Kitten hates it
Kitten hates it. Won't even touch her regular food when this is mixed 1/4 with it. It's been over a week trying this as suggested and wants nothing to do with it.

I WOULD NOT STOP THIS FOOD FOR MY CAT
I am very pleased with the vegan food. My cat is ten years old and since last year he developed resistance to meat based foods. He would itch a lot, scratch and bleed himself. Wound care, cone, and seeing him suffer needed to be brought to an end. Vet visits aren’t cheap. So I searched online for options that had no meat in any cat food. I bumped into a website ( Canadian pet connection ) where there was a discussion about vegan cat food. I decided to give it a try. The sad part was that I had to order it from Quebec, which was too far. The first order somehow did not go through. I never received the package, got my money back. The time wasted in waiting in vain was disappointing. Then some other pet store three hours from me sold it. So I ordered from there which was great. My cat thankfully, is fine since he has started eating it. Thankfully he is not itching and bleeding. So please anyone out there, this is good food. Meat based products do seem to harm and hurt our paw friends. I guess a mix of meat byproducts could be triggering itchiness. Who knows.This product worked for my cat, may be it would for your four legged friend too. Please try.
I wish I could have retailers near by so I don’t have to wait for it to arrive.

The company has been great to deal with. They were out of one kind of dog food, but offered me a suitable replacement and for the inconvenience a small credit and free bag of dog treats which our dog loved.
She has been slowly healing her skin allergy with this food as well!

Beau produit et excellent service. Les livraisons arrivent toujours très rapidement.
Mes jeunes chats aiment bien la formule pour multiples chats à base de protéines végétales (grosses croquettes). Par contre, ils ont boudé la formule pour chatons quand ils étaient plus jeunes. Est-ce la taille des croquettes, qui sont très petites, qui peut les avoir rebutés, car je pense bien que c'est la même formule de nourriture. Je recommande le produit !

Pour répondre à votre question : en effet, la formule pour chatons et la formule Multi-Chats partagent la même base nutritionnelle, mais la taille des croquettes diffère. Les croquettes de la formule chaton sont volontairement plus petites pour convenir aux plus jeunes et faciliter la mastication. Certains chats plus âgés ou déjà habitués à croquer de plus grosses croquettes peuvent parfois bouder ces petites tailles.
