Took some time
At first our dog took some time to get used to the food. Could be the taste and texture.
This is what happened when we gave the food to her for the first time. She took 1 piece out and spit it out. Offered it to her again, crunched it and then spit it out again. She then went to the water dish. In other words she doesn't like this food on its own.

Some animals have more trouble getting used to change than others. Depending on what your dog was eating before, he may have been surprised by a new texture and taste. They like it !
Well first of all I got this bag as a sample. The packaging is bright and colourful. It would catch my eye in the pet store. To offer free full size samples is a great idea. The first two days they wouldn’t look at it ( so picky ) then gradually they would have a few bites and leave, now we are up to a full serving. They love it … now lol The kibble is a good size not too small it falls out of their mouth ( they are both senior cats ) As cat food goes it doesn’t smell too bad. I’d buy it again.

I ordered this with as a free bag I only paid $5 shipping on. My cats love this food! It's vacuumed sealed,super fresh. Large quantity is great, I have 4 cats.

We repeat: cats can be fussy at times. You need to make a transition for a few days, no matter what the change.
Many cats need time to appreciate a new food. If you read the comments we receive, your cat would be the only one to have such a reaction! An animal may not like it, but hating it may be excessive. Thank you for your comment!

My fur babies seem to enjoy the food I'm still mixing with the other like the instructions say so I'm thinking they will still enjoy once fully only your food. As I'm sure they would eat if they didn't like lol right. Thanks again and keep updated with they're enjoyment

My cat did not want to eat this food. It does have amazing healthy ingredients that I would recommend to any pet owner it might of been too bland tasting for my cat unfortunately he did not like it.

We regularly mention that a transition of several days is necessary to habituate the dog or cat to the change of food. Cats will often be more fussy, so you need to give them more time to appreciate their new kibbles. Thanks for your comment!
Just not for my girls
The size of the bag and ingredients used to make it are great. My cats don’t seem to like it. The “standard” kibble shape doesn’t attract their attention. I am mixing it with their regular food and they mostly pick through it.

Our picky, sensible-tummy 5-y.o. rescue dog loves it! We used to have to hand feed him his previous vegan kibbles but now he eats it all in one go. The grain-free recipe also makes his poops way easier to pick up (sorry, TMI).
