Super disappointing experience :( we dealt with Stella from the Staffordshire branch. Very friendly over the phone and assured us we would be satisfied with the clean. We explained the size of our home and she recommended we start with two hours. We explained we weren’t after a deep clean just the basics- hoovering, mopping and bathrooms. The first week they did a good job of our shower, there was a fair amount of limescale build up and we were impressed! There were a few basic things missed which I voiced to Stella and she explained that the shower took quite a long time which we were completely understanding of. We took a few pics of the missed bits but never sent them and decided to give the benefit of the doubt. This leads us to today where we have now had our second clean, I had higher expectations as now the shower had been done I had asked to just focus on just getting the basics done as requested. Unfortunately when we returned home from work this evening we found the downstairs bathroom had been totally missed again, which is had also been in the first clean. Hair on the landing which had been missed by the hoover. Streaks all over the taps as the wrong products had been used even though we paid the surplus fee for them to use their own products. Crumbs on the breakfast island. I immediately messaged Stella to explain my disappointment, still remaining polite and understanding of the fact that I knew it wouldn’t be a deep clean but I felt basics were missed again. I explained that we weren’t happy to pay the full amount as we didn't feel it was worth it for a job we could have done ourselves to the same if not better standard. We were met with a response which was still polite but defensive, explaining the bathroom required a deep clean and that’s why it hasn’t been done. I sent some photos across after I wiped a kitchen towel over the bathroom sink explaining all we expected was a little wipe down and that’s why would have done the trick. The house didn’t smell like cleaning products either, I didn’t get that smell of bleach or flash as I walked through the door, which I know seems silly but you would expect some sort of scent after two hours of cleaning. I asked Stella if she felt it was worth the full amount or if she would consider taking some money off considering our disappointment, she said she felt it was worth the full amount as they were at the house for the full hour. I would have expected after the photos attached to have received just a small amount off but unfortunately she was not understanding of our frustration. We definitely didn’t feel valued as customers and didn’t feel our dissatisfaction was taken into consideration at all :( I explained we would pay the full amount (which I am about to do unwillingly) but if we were to do so would be leaving a negative review, which I really did not want to do, she seemed comfortable with that as long as they received the full amount. We will not be using nationwide cleaners again- Staffordshire branch.

Emily was a gem, a good deed in a naughty world, when I was unexpectedly in hospital, following some days being increasingly unwell at home. She collected my keys from me in hospital, zoomed off to my flat and did a faultless job cleaning everything.
The only thing I’d note isn’t a criticism of her because she wasn’t to know, but more a note for anyone cleaning for a disabled person or arranging cleaning for a disabled person. Things have to be where I can reach them,not too high up or too low, and i did have a bit of a stretch when I got back because she'd put things away in perfectly sensible but less than perfectly accessible places..

Provide reliable and trustworthy cleaners who do a good job.

This 5 star review is for Jackie who just cleaned my home today! She came right on time and worked tirelessly for 3 hours. After finishing each room, she asked me to check to make sure the cleaning was up to my standards. I especially appreciated that she so was nice to my dog.

We have been using Nationwide Cleaners for about a year with weekly cleaning and ironing. It is nice to come back to a clean home. Sylvia spends as much time as needed to ensure everything is clean. I am very pleased with her.

The cleaning lady was experienced, fast, great at communicating as well as listening to my preferences. She did a fantastic job. I plan to book regular cleaning after the first deep clean went so well!

I was impressed with the quality of her work. She was thorough and extremely attentive to detail. My home feels spotless now and she went above and beyond in all areas.

Danielle is a good cleaner and I am pleased with her, but she is sometimes a bit late due to her bus being late. Still, she is polite and does a good job, so I have kept her on and not requested another lady from the agency.

This is the first time I have used a home cleaner. Bena who has been assiged to me has done a first class job and I will be continue her services in the future, booking a monthly slot, the next being next month.

It was wonderful service! A really good clean. I am disable so it helped me.

Disappointed

Arranged for Diana to call to do an initial clean for 2 hours or more whatever it was going to take.
she was supposed to come at 12 noon Tuesday 6th Aug 2024 but rang me at 11.55 to say she had been stuck at Leeds because of the riots.
She shown me her diary a week ago and she was apparantly working in a care home on Monday the 5th.
I would have cancelled the standing order but by the time she rung me it had already been taken from my account, I hope to have it refunded .But I'm not holding my breath.
If she had rung me the night before or early on the day it would be more believeable
I even gave her a lift home on our 1st meeting to save her getting a bus or a taxi.

I have been told by the owner of the comany I will get a full refund of £17.12 but nothing has been received to date 23/08/2024 over 2 weeks later

I have been very happy to have them help us out on a regular basis. Rukia is positive and a pleasure. Her styling touches are a fun bonus that we love! Her arrival time is not always exactly on time due to the bus that my be typical with other cleaning companies. I'm not sure. Sometimes there are areas I would have liked to have been cleaned more thoroughly or deeper but if i communicate that the next time and make it clear with what exactly I want., she always hears what I'm asking for and gets it done.

My mother uses the services of Nationwide cleaners. The house sparkles after Julia, her fortnightly cleaning lady, has finished. She even leaves special notes for my mum. I am happy to recommend them!

I'm not a fan of hiring someone to do work you can do yourself but these cleaners are worth the money and they make my life a lot easier.

For several months, I have been hiring Nationwide Sussex for my fortnightly cleaning needs. The cleaning service is quite reasonable priced, especially considering the level of service plus I have two dogs. Carla is really easy to work with and the service is very easy to schedule and manage. I can't say enough good things about Carla - she cleaned my house and she did such a fantastic job, I asked to have her come back every time since I'm always impressed with the quality of her work.

My home was really dusted and needed substantial cleaning. The lady did an impressive job of cleaning everything up and now the place looks dust free.

I've bee using Nationwide cleaners to clean our house for more than a year and I highly recommend them. They use our green cleaning products that are perfect for our household because we have a newborn and dogs. The cleaners was professional, kind and efficient, arriving within the specified arrival slot. The customer service is outstanding as well.

I know that cleaning my home could not have been easy, but the cleaner made it look like it was. Joan had a great attitude and cleaned my kitchen and bathrooms.

I was in a panic to have my house cleaned. I called up a few cleaning service companies. Most of them were busy and would not be available until a week later. I called Nationwide Cleaners Sussex and a cleaning lady was available 2 days later. This was perfect. I got them to come in and they did an excellent job in getting things cleaned.

I'm a bit OCD so it's difficult for me to trust others to clean the way I do. This company has been good. We've been using them as our regular service for about 6 months now. The cleaners are always polite and it really does make my life easier to have thorough cleaning done every 2 weeks so that we have more time to enjoy ourselves. Aisha is always surprisingly fast!
