it was great very quick only down side was told it could be upto 4hrs so wife had to have day off to pick me up but went to have breakfast and was done in an hour (not moaning it was quick lol)

Excellent and quick service from the Tamworth branch. Staff were professional, polite and knowledgeable. They treated my car in a respectful manner and by the time they'd finished I couldn't tell anyone had been near my car except for new windscreen they'd fitted.

Professional service but some delay
Everyone we dealt with was helpful & the work was done professionally. However had to wait a week for the appointment & had to travel 40 miles to the depot for the work to be done. Due to this delay it was necessary for us to hire a car.

Friendly, reliable and trustworthy service. Once receiving confirmation of my booking, I had no issues at all in getting my windscreen replaced. The store at Tamworth managed to sort a replacement & fit it within a few hours so i wasnt kept waiting too long. Upon leaving with my new windscreen, a technician gave me some useful aftercare advice and i was back on the road. Massive thanks to their wonderful team.

Only problem I had was ringing them with more details fom my LV number I kept getting Autoglass. But that's LV. But excellent phone calls. Depot close. Helpful competent staff. Replaced screen in just over an hour. Good service

Easy Hassle Free Experience
Windscreen replaced and ADAS recalibrated on my Mazda CX30 within an hour and 40 mins by friendly staff. A good experience and cannot fault the service!
