Good communication for booking in. dropped the car off first thing and had a call after 1 1/2 hours to say it was done. spot on can't ask for more.

Not sure why I’m paying for windscreen…
Not sure why I’m paying for windscreen cover if it’s not even noticeable that you’ve “fixed” a cracked windscreen. Don’t even think it’ll pass an MOT so realistically a complete waste of time for the polite young man who did his best and my bank account for paying for cover that hasn’t done the job it says it will.

Repair, not replacement
Very polite and helpful staff. Offered to mend the stonechip rather than replace the windscreen, saving £100. Still slightly visible, but as it is under field of view I am happy with result.
