Poor workmanship
Poor workmanship, disrespectful to my car as he sat on my dashboard with his feet on my seat, window seal not installed correctly and damaged my windscreen wiper and roof strip.

Good service
I really appreciated getting a lift to where I work in the hospital as the new premises is quite a way out of Lincoln and I’m not familiar with local taxi firms. The chap who gave me a lift was really friendly. The windscreen replacement is doing the job so I’m happy with it.

Very quick availability for at home…
Very quick availability for at home replacement windscreen only 2 days after I called. Jake and Jake replaced it for me, and thankfully remembered my black box tab as I didn't 😂 Great easy experience overall with no hassle :)

Replaced windscreen had a sensors lens not fitted correctly after two home visits to rectify fault that should have been sorted on first fitting.and had issues with removing dashcam from screen and lost backing from dashcam by fiters
