Excellent service
Had heard mixed reviews about national windscreens, and the last time I needed a repair my insurers still used a well known national rival.
I need not have worried the fitter came out said that my windscreen wasn't repairable when polishing out had failed (a weird scuff.)
I made it known that it needed to be done inside 2 weeks due to MOT running out. A day later they had sourced a windscreen and in under a week had fitted it at my house. Friendly fitter and a job well done.

Peugeot 208 GT Windscreen Success
National Windscreens made an excellent job of replacing the broken windscreen for my Peugeot 208 GT. I had the screen fully restored within hours of dropping off the car and their service was professional and efficient throughout.

Rearrange or bring into centre
Asked to rearrange or go to nearest centre due to a few raindrops 2 hours before my allotted slot. Annoying due to various disabilities. Job was well done, but took nearly 2 hours, despite being told upon arrival that it should be done in about an hour.

major let down
Booked a windscreen replacements with this company as my insurer has a contract with them. all booked 2 weeks in advance and this morning I got a call advising that due to rain I would have to bring teh car in to them in some God forsaken estate. Wish somebody told me they do not have canopies at all as after all yes this is England and yes it does rain eventually. were going to rebook me 3 weeks later so cancelled all and asked for refund on excess. Will go with Autoglass as they do have canopies and pay teh excess although double.
My frustration is not about weather but about the fact that National Windscreen did not advise they do not use canopies lie any other and that i may have to take the car in the middle of nowhere on the day

Great customer service in the booking…
