When I turned up at the depot they were…
When I turned up at the depot they were really polite and helpful, telling me the best places I could get drinks/snacks/reading material. They talked me through the job explaining that it can take up to four hours. I went for a walk and returned 40 minutes later to find they had already replaced the windscreen and only needed to reprogram the car. This took a further 15 minutes. They also went to great efforts to make sure the replacement glass was clean and smear free.

Took it up to the Carlisle branch , the assistant manager was great because I lived out of the city he kept it for me overnight so I could collect in the morning, great customer service and friendly staff

On the whole a very positive experience. Very helpful and friendly fitters. I did however call regarding the attitude of 1 fitter. This was dealt with to my satisfaction as I only wanted to point out it wasn't professional.

Too much glass pieces left in the panels
It is absolutely disgusting how much glass has been left inside the panels of the boot lid. I have had to go to my local garage to have them removed again. As soon as they were removed glass pieces instantly dropped out onto the garage floor. Not just a few bits but handfuls of them. I understand it is impossible to remove them all but more care must be taken to remove as much as possible!

On the 8th February when the engineers…
On the 8th February when the engineers attended my home they had a windscreen to repair and a passenger rear window. They had the windscreen but had a passenger front window. After the windscreen had been filled I didn’t move the vehicle until the next day when I observed the a section of the rubber around the windscreen hadn’t been stuck down correctly Upon entering the vehicle I observed that the passenger foot well was wet as it had been raining on the Sunday night. The engineer has returned 15th February to undertake the repair to the windscreen and was questioning me from the off say that this issue wouldn’t be the issue to the leak , but as I explained that the windshield didn’t leak before it was repaired.
