My vehicle was returned with the heated windscreen function not working, trying to speak to someone about this was almost impossible. The use of national call centres don't work and they are a total disregard for customers.

Friendly professional service by…
Friendly professional service by installer. The only thing I did not like was the harassing text messages making out I was in debt to the company before the screen was fitted. I had to call to ask why and confirm that I could pay after the windscreen was fitted as would be normal. It is so unclear and makes you feel that if you don’t pay the insurance excess beforehand they won’t arrive on the day/time booked. A reword would go along way.

Very Disappointed
When the chap turned up he did say the chip repair wouldn’t be perfect, however he didn’t say that there would be absolutely no improvement in it cosmetically. I’ve had chip repairs before ( with auto glass) and they have looked like brand new.

Wasted Jourbey and Unfastened Bonnet…
I travelled to Carlisle from Kendal (a 2 hour round trip) only to be told on arrival at 8am in the morning that my replacement windscreen hadn't arrive meaning a wasted journey. I then had to repeat the journey the following week, once the new windscreen had arrived.
It seems to me that the management at the Carlise branch should have contacted me the afternoon before my first (wasted) trip to let me know the windscreen hadn't arrived, rather than waiting until I got there on the day of the booking.
Although I received £50 compensation this didn't really cover the inconvenience and extra time involved in making 2 separate journeys totalling over 4 hours of driving time.
In addition on the day the new windscreen was fitted, I noticed on starting to travel south down the M6 that the car's bonnet hadn't been closed properly and I had to pull off the motorway exit to fasten it properly.
Altogether, I was unhappy with the level of service I received.
