Amazing people extremely helpful answered all my questions and gave great advice

IVA HELP LTD and James have been a lifesaver. When I called I spoke to James and told him my circumstances, he was professional, but also kind and understanding.
I was so scared when I made the first call to James and he put me at ease immediately. When I didn’t know something, James didn’t make me feel stupid, he just took control and helped me. I can never thank James enough. This IVA has helped my mental health so much.

They did not do the job properly and one of the bailiffs are still coming to my house asking for money when it should have been sorted according to them.
When I have been trying to message them a number of times they do not reply.

Having enquired with another company a few days beforehand, which resulted in no phone call despite timings being confirmed and no communication when the call didn’t take place, I looked to find somewhere else I could help with my money troubles.

I submitted my application at night and by the next morning, I was on the phone to Andy who was a breath of fresh air. He really made me feel calm and relaxed despite all my debts and I’m so pleased I’ve chosen to go with them.

Whilst there are still things outstanding, I am confident there won’t be any hiccups along the way and I can start to finally breathe again.

I have been drowning in debt for the last year or so, ignoring letters, not even opening them sometimes, I reached an all time low , not sleeping, loads of headaches so had to do something, I spoke to Elliot today and he put so much in place for me that the relief is amazing, my shoulder don’t feel as heavy now. Please call someone if you’re in the same boat, no judgement just lots of help. Thank you Elliot you have no idea what you have done for me today 😊

My experience was great because Lee took me through from beginning to end as though he was holding my hand and whiping my tears, I've been passed on now as my IVA was approved and my first payment made, if I was worried,Lee was there,if I was struggling with anything Lee was there, no matter what the reason for my call he helped me through until I understood everything and was comfortable with what was happening, he made the whole process quick, easy, trouble free and now I close my eyes at night and go to sleep. I was so worried about my situation and didn't know where to turn, as soon as I Filled out the online form a gentleman called Chris Harty contacted me and was amazing he was understanding and spoke to me about my situation and not once did he make me feel judged he really helped me sort my situation out and worked out a great plan that suited me. I am so grateful for his and his teams work.

Chris was amazing i suffer with depression and anxiety he helped loads really understanding took alot of pressure off me and made sure everything was stress free felt like so much weight was lifted after the phone calls thank you so much keep up the good work

I’ve delt with Nicky from start to finish she has been absolute fantastic and is a credit to the company I rang up yesterday she was so thoughtful and understanding, if your worrying about getting I touch please don’t they are so understanding and would high recommend

Steve was brilliant, made me feel at ease, gave me all the options and there was no pressure. Felt as if a huge weight had been lifted!

Amazing, Andy was very understanding about my situation and everything was sorted very quickly. Lots of advice and nothing was too much trouble. Not once did he make me feel I was being judged and he has helped take some stress away in an already stressful time

Donna has been nothing but helpful during my Iva process. The whole process was made quick and easy. Donna responded to my questions and messages so quickly and was always reassuring. I can’t thank her enough. Very pleased I went with this company other company we’re taking forever to sort things out and to reply. I spoke to Donna on the phone and within a few hours everything was getting sorted.

I rang a few weeks ago; literally scared to death with the financial difficulties I was facing & couldn’t see a way forward. A wonderful lady called Nicola took my call and helped me no end. The embarrassment I first felt was so short lived by Nicki’s reassuring and comforting approach. I can not thank this wonderful team enough. Lee continued with the welcome call, who too was amazing and made me feel at ease.
