Royal mail messed up the delivery to my parcel as the system put the wrong post code when I was checking. I had the pleasure of talking to Fads from the team and they were nothing short of amazing with helping. Honestly an amazing customer service experience, and I appreciated the quick responses and solutions that were offered.

I have just used the butter on my 10 week old and my 4 year old and both are now bright red and extremely uncomfortable! I am so upset. AVOID THIS PRODUCT. How on earth is this deemed safe for babies!!??

I have severe eczema and extremely dry skin and have gone cold turkey from steroid creams. Ive been using for a few days, just the lotion and body wash and shampoo..skin is already visibly better and not as dry! Smells lovely but not really vanilla if that's the exact scent you're looking for. Still smells really nice though it is a nice sweet smell though! Only thing i would criticise is when using the lotion in the bottle its hard to squeeze so if you already have some cream on your hands like you need to grip it and squeeze hard but over all really happy! Won't try using the oil yet but I have purchased so once skin is more healed will try that

do not buy this product for babies used the vanilla shampoo and body wash and vanilla body butter for a while on my 3 month old baby and gradually his skin got more dry patches i thought it would clear up after a few days but a few days ago i used it and his whole stomach and back and arms flared up in red sore patches and he wouldn’t stop crying the next day i took him to the doctors and they said he’s got eczema that flared up badly because of it and now i’m having to use steroid cream twice a day on a 3 month old baby to try and clear it up!!! terrible! advertised as such a good and safe and gentle brand says it’s gentle on sensitive skin and fine for baby’s don’t listen! its bad for baby’s sensitive skin i even used some on my hands and they got itchy spots and dry. very very upset and disappointed!!

Been using the product (Nala’s baby) for years, still very happy with it, tried on my son who has eczema. It didn’t work on him. But it smells amazing that’s the main reason why I keep buying it

I've been using the vanilla cloud body lotion for over a year now, and honestly wouldn't go back to what I was using before.
It's great to use all year round, light enough for the summer and moisturising enough for colder climes. I love the scent too.

The delivery didn’t take long and came in well packed. I ordered the bodybutter, body wash, body lotion and night time oil. The scent is not overwhelming, but delicate. It has a buttery scent.
Overall, satisfied with my purchase.
