Avoid if you're in the EU — warranty support falls short of your legal rights
Bought June 2025, broke after 13 months — three canned replies, no real resolution.
The right earpiece of my Runner Diver2 Pro started making abnormal noise, then went completely silent. I tried a factory reset, a full recharge, and re-pairing with two different phones — no change. Clear hardware failure, not a software or connection issue.
What followed was the same script, three times over ten days: first "try a factory reset," then "you're outside our 12-month warranty," then a paid-repair quote of $50–70 (more than half the product's price), then a discount coupon, then — after I pushed back — a bigger discount coupon. At no point did anyone actually engage with a specific, detailed argument I raised about my rights as an EU/French consumer, citing the exact law. Three separate replies, three near-identical non-answers.
I gave them a clear written deadline to resolve it properly. It passed with no real answer — just "we've forwarded it to management," which never turned into anything.
If you're ordering from within the EU, know what you're likely dealing with if something breaks after the first few months: a support queue built to offer discounts and paid repairs, not replacements or refunds, regardless of what you're actually entitled to. Judge for yourself whether that matches what you'd expect from a company selling into your country.
