I am not happy with the results. I had three treatments for £750 and haven't seen any change at all!!

Everyone at NAAMA is super friendly and knowledgeable. Just everything about NAAMA is designed so well to make you feel comfortable and make the experience as enjoyable as it can be. The studio is so cool and they have galleries of past removals you can look through, plus complimentary drinks and ice packs which I always take! In terms of the removal it really isn't that painful at all - my first session or two were the most painful and after that I barely even feel it. Even though the tattoo I'm removing is quite big the downtime is so fast - within a week my skin looks pretty much back to normal and the scabbing is done. So great that I can come back faster than traditional laser would allow. My tattoo has faded so much it definitely works!
I was invited to be part of the content day with Britt, Connor, Annabel and Daryl, for which I was offered a complimentary session. The content team were so friendly and genuinely interested in my tattoo story. It was a great experience to be part of and I am so glad I was able to do this. I love any opportunity to recommend NAAMA as I've had such a positive experience with the team here. If you're in doubt, definitely ring them up and at least have a conversation about removal! You won't regret it :)

Treatment was great.

I went to NAAMA following microblading that I wasn’t happy with. I’ve had 4 sessions over 4 months and it’s disappeared. I’m so happy with the results and it’s given me my confidence back.

Really nice staff, treatment is super quick and not painful just uncomfortable, looking forward to my next appointment.

I’ve been going to NAAMA Studios for about 10 months now, currently on my 9th session. The studios setup is warm and welcoming and all staff are really chatty and look after you. Special mention to Nikita who has been treating me for some time now. During the process of laser treatment, Nikita finds ways of making me comfortable with conversation and finds new methods to make me feel as relaxed as possible! Thank you for being fantastic, I know this review is well overdue. 5 star service

The whole experience was just more than I expected, from sending photos in on the what’s app chat, with many more questions that I had, the team were just great :)
The location was so near to me, and the space was so welcoming, warm and professional looking. It just looked aesthetically wonderful.
I instantly felt so comfortable.
Rebecca was a gem, she is so patient and knowledgeable, we had a good laugh and I’m so glad she was the one who carried out my treatment.
I am so glad I made the decision to have my tattoo removal done with them!

Honestly cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and helpful and talked me through every stage of the process. The space is very welcoming but also very professional.
It's the first laser removal clinic I have had any contact with who didn't take a 'tattoos are bad' approach, even when removing ones that are unwanted! I didn't feel at all judged or nervous while there. It's also the first place where they talked me through the whole process and the science behind it.
If anyone is looking for tattoo removal this is 100% the place to go.

I was quite nervous about having my treatment but Rebecca answered all my questions & removed all my fear about my tattoo removal. I therefore changed my mind and went straight ahead with my first treatment at what was only meant to be a consultation.

The customer service was excellent and the relief at no longer having to cover up my pink eyebrows is immense.

I would not hesitate to recommend NAAMA or return if I ever needed further treatment.

I’m on my third session at NAAMA with Nikita and she’s honestly amazing, I have such bad anxiety but when I have my sessions I always feel so calm, she’s great! As always, looking forward to my next session and a lil gossip with Nikita!

Had a fantastic experience & a fantastic lady with the laser … until i met the manager . My treatment consisted of a half hour session on two body parts … i went for a treatment but was late but 20 mins due to a train strike and a public transport security issue , everything beyond my control . We agreed on my late arrival that i could have 10mins laser treatment on a one tattoo and come back 48hrs later to finish my time that i missed due to public transport . So after treatment of 10 mins , I paid my owed £199 , thinking i had my 20mins in lieu . 48hrs later and 20 mins of treatment , the manager literally bullied me into paying yet another £199 . I said this business management was disloyal to my custom & unethical . In front of many customers i cannot begin to start how rude & unprofessional she was . I explained i had already spent £1000 with absolutely no results what so ever and i was now in an awkward situation with the company . No empathy from the manager whatsoever . I have since found elsewhere, the same business but literally half the price , getting finally good results & a better laser machine . Conclusion avoid , this over priced very cleverly marketed establishment .

Super smooth initial contact via email and phone right up to my first appointment, answered all my questions and put me at ease - my treatment was for two tattoos to be removed.

The studio is a lovely environment and I like how they have the screen on display so you can see images of the tattoo removals they have completed. It’s always a lovely warm welcome as soon as you walk in and I love the coffee!

My first appointment was a little longer than the rest due to the talk and information I was given about the process of the appointment, benefits of this type of treatment.

Always made to feel comfortable and usually would have an everyday chat whilst the treatment takes place. The treatment isn’t too intense, the cooling process hugely helps keep the niggling to a minimum. The treated area is protected with a cream and protective covering.

I would highly recommend purchasing the aftercare creams they provide in the studio, there is a Step 1 Protect cream which I’ve found to be very effective in quickly healing the two areas treated and then the regeneration cream which helps hydrate the skin once healed.

Staff always so helpful and attentive. Tattoo had bled a little after treatment so went in this morning to get a new dressing, and Verity put a new one on, no problem at all!
