I have removed a very old tattoo with Naama. The ink was very dark and deep but with their laser technology I was able to remove it completely without any scarring. It took many sessions and through my journey I was treated by many different people at Naama. All of whom were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. I always felt in good hands. Thank you Naama for the great resultl!

Every time I’ve come to naama there is a nice luxe and relaxed feeling about the whole process and place. Drinks and ice packs provided, and my technician Shaila has been so amazing with the whole process. She’s very conscious of me being in pain and really does everything in her power to make the process more bearable. Shes also great energy and you can tell she really cares about the clients and the job she does - couldn’t ask for more!

This company tried to scam me. I went in for a consultation today and paid for a patch test, which was fine but not gentle and painless as suggested and I wasn’t offered numbing cream which after reading other reviews I see that it was an option. The tattoo initially appeared to partly disappear but when I arrived home, the tattoo had fully reappeared and come back after an hour.(Very suspicious, this wasn’t mentioned as a possibility).
I have 6 tattoos all no bigger than 5 cm long which fits into the tattoo removal package of 4 times tattoo removal sessions of 15 minutes each, which would total an amount of £149, I estimated I would need this package twice, which is stated on their website for a so called “small tattoo” package. I would expect to pay a bit more because I have 6 tattoos.
During the consultation I was told that I need to get the Extra Large package because I had many tattoos (I have 6) which doesn’t make sense because all my tattoos are roughly 5cm long … The Extra Large package for tattoos states on their website that it will consist of 18 sessions for removal of tattoos 18cm. I was also told that because my tattoos were old I would require more sessions but the ink has faded over the years so that didn’t make sense to me either. During the the consultation I was encouraged to put down a deposit for over £1000 or pay upfront for over £4000, the calculation wasn’t broken down or explained to me, my gut was telling me this is not right so I didn’t proceed any further with the consultation.
When I proceeded to speak to the receptionist about payment she encouraged me to put down a deposit, I declined but before the conversation was over she asked me again if I wanted to put down a deposit, it felt coercive, I don’t need to be asked the same question twice in the space of one minute. When I arrived home I received an email stating pricing details which stated - A 30% deposit is payable to secure your treatment. (£1137) or pay upfront for EXTRA LARGE 10 PACK – £3,790, no where near the pricing I saw on their website. After this experience I was left confused and very disappointed as I’ve realised this company tried to take advantage of me but Jesus fights my battles and he cannot fail. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I had 5 sessions with Alexis who was very professional and guided me though my journey to full removal of my eyebrow tattoo which I have had for many years. The results are brilliant and I can now have more modern youthful brows. I thoroughly recommend Naama studios and my therapist Alexis

I had six sessions at NAAMA for eyebrow tattoo removal, and I'm so happy with the results. My eyebrow tattoos were really dark, so I wasn't expecting them to fade as quickly as they did, but I could already see a difference after just two sessions. Now, after six treatments, they're almost completely gone, which I honestly didn't think would be possible!

Alexis did all of my treatments and she was so lovely. She always made sure I was comfortable, talked me through everything, and checked in with me throughout each session. She made me feel really at ease from the very beginning, so I always felt like I was in good hands.

NAAMA sold me an “unlimited” laser tattoo removal package at their New York City studio (10 W 18th St) for a total of $1,484.10, including a required consultation and the full removal package. My ankle tattoo was repeatedly described as removable within a defined number of sessions, with “unlimited” sessions available to achieve full clearance.

In reality, treatment was prolonged over roughly 17 sessions, my appointments were frequently delayed or rescheduled on “healing” grounds and staffing changes, and my May 12, 2026 appointment was pushed to June 24, 2026. Before that rescheduled appointment could take place, NAAMA abruptly closed the NYC clinic on May 22, 2026, cancelled all future bookings, and sent a closure notice stating they were “unable to offer refunds.”

My tattoo remains clearly visible and the course of treatment was never completed. When I requested a refund, NAAMA’s representative relied on an 18‑month expiry limitation that was never disclosed at the time of purchase, even though they continued treating and rescheduling me beyond that period. Their London HQ has not provided any remedy or alternative, and there is no straightforward US legal entity for consumers to pursue.

In my experience, NAAMA’s “unlimited” and “full removal” messaging did not match what was delivered. The clinic closed, refused refunds on incomplete treatment, and left NYC clients without support, all while the brand continues to advertise excellent results and packages.

Alexis has been amazing throughout my experience, I could not recommend her enough!!

Naama studio staff is great and amazing I have been almost with them more then two years and mia the lady she is removing my tattoos since beginning she is very very intelligent and professional.

Was seen by Anna who was training under the watchful eye of Alexis; who demonstrated great mentor and leadership to Anna whilst I was there which was reassuring as the client. Alexis as ensured I was comfortable, well informed and satisfied throughout the process.

Both ladies displayed excellent professionalism and explained every step of process as I was very anxious.

Session went well both ladies participated in doing my removal. Can see changes to my tattoo after just 1 Session, which after doing my research i wasn't expecting to see till my 4th session.

Studio was clean and environment was relaxing.

Excited to continue my journey with the ladies.

Naama studios has been great, the staff are amazing, very friendly, and always offer you a drink on arrival. Sadly I’m 13 sessions in and my tattoos are still very visible, there has definitely been some progress but they’re nowhere near gone. I know that every tattoo is different and they don’t guarantee that they will be completely removed. Hopefully I’ll see some more progress in the coming months.

Alexis has been absolutely wonderful throughout my tattoo removal journey so far. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, which has made the entire process feel reassuring from start to finish.

Every session feels purposeful and she always takes the time to check in and answer any questions I have. I truly feel valued and heard at every appointment. I couldn’t recommend Alexis highly enough to anyone considering tattoo removal.

I’m giving NAAMA Studio one star following my experience with eyebrow tattoo removal.

After the procedure, I had blurry vision for around twenty minutes, which was quite alarming. This was never mentioned during my consultation, and had I been aware that it could affect my eyes, I would not have gone ahead with the treatment. I later visited an optician and was told I now have dry eyes as a result.

When I contacted the studio to raise this, I did not receive an apology—only an explanation that this reaction is “normal.” I found this very disappointing, as proper aftercare risks should have been clearly communicated beforehand.

I also felt the appointment was rushed, as it was at the end of the day. When I expressed concern about my vision, I was made to feel like I should just accept it and wait for it to pass, which was quite frightening at the time.

The procedure itself was intense. The practitioner was polite and did slow down when I asked, which I appreciated. However, I was only told afterwards that numbing cream could be used next time—this was not offered or discussed during the consultation or before the treatment.

Overall, I found the customer care lacking and the communication around risks insufficient. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I had my tattoo removal on my face. The precise care that was provided for the removal process was very professional. The entire process was flawless and seamless! I would highly recommend! Thank you!

Edit: OK but why did you subscribe me in the first place? I would never ever get a tattoo - why I obviously have nothing to remove. You are probably buying email addresses from scammers.

"I'm so happy with the tattoo removal service! I had a traditional tattoo for 20 years. A few years ago, I tried surgical removal, which left a bad scar and made the tattoo look worse. After that surgery, I was always embarrassed to wear short sleeves. I originally went to a different studio to get a new tattoo to cover it all up, and they recommended this studio for removal. After just one laser session, I'm amazed at the results! The staff was wonderful, and I highly recommend them!"

I visited today for a patch test and met Alexis, who is going to get this very unwanted tattoo off of me.
The consultation was amazing., and I instantly felt at ease . I have already had some removal elsewhere and was very unhappy with the results and the pain was immense and it put me off having anymore.
The patch test was very bearable and I was very relieved when it was much better than I could have imagined!

Trust the process ! I’m after 6 session and my tattoo fades a lot an Alexis is looking always after my visits and looking always forward for next visit.

I have been having treatments with Yasmine and have seen some positive progression with the removal of my tattoo each session I return. Yasmine is a great professional and always makes me feel at ease in the sessions. She is very efficient and gets the job done!
