I would highly recommend going to NAAMA Studios for microblading (eyebrow tattoo) removal, after a very botched job! NAAMA really are the best out there, known for having the most advanced machinery in the UK & are situated in the most gorgeous instagrammable studio in the heart of Marylebone with the nicest team who were just so warm & friendly, both on the phone & upon arrival who are happy to answer as many questions you may have, which I definitely did! I luckily only needed one session, which was predicted by my lovely therapist Yasmine upon examination. Yasmine was just such a sweetheart & really made me feel at ease by talking me through everything before she applied the cold air/ laser light & it really didn’t hurt that much - it just felt like a stinging sensation, yet is over so quickly (the stressball she gave me really helped!) It is over in an instant though & the comments I’ve had from friends since removal has made me think, why didn’t I just get this done sooner - my only regret! I lived with patchy grey eyebrows for far too long & hid them with getting them tinted constantly to try cover them up, but now I can honestly say they look 100 times better! Thank you NAAMA - life changing!

Excellent experience at NAAMA Studies. I nearly went through my treatment at an alternative studio in my home City, but very glad I didn’t. I noticed a huge difference in terms of cleanliness, quality before/aftercare of the tattoo and with the actual pain of the treatment itself. Alexis Made me feel so at ease, talked through the process and explained everything so well, that I didn’t even have any questions! I’m not dreading each session as the pain really is minimal. Everyone at Naama is friendly and welcoming, it’s a lovely environment too, always very clean and nice that you get complimentary drinks and ginger shots :)

A special mention to Maryam who I have now booked all future sessions with as she seems to have the magic touch in making my treatment as pain free as possible!

I am on session 9 at the moment and have seen really good progress so far, looking forward to the end result!

Removing my awful brow tattoo using laser treatment at Naama was the best decision ever. Jada who treated me was so kind, patient and knowledgeable . You feel in good hand from start to finish.

For three years I have been stressing about my microbladed eyebrows. I hated them from the off. I have tried many ways to remove them unsuccessfully and then I read about the brand new laser removal machine at NAAMA. I got an appointment at a time that was convenient for me and I met the lovely Yasmine. In five minutes flat she had removed my tatooed eyebrows. I shed a tear and hugged her. Wonderful service and magic machine!

JADA is amazing , I can’t believe how easy she made my session my nerves have been calmed and I can’t wait for all future sessions with her

I had a patch session with Jada, the session went smoothly and jada kept me informed at every stage of the process. Although I felt nervous coming in, but she had really helped me and insured I felt comfortable during every stage. She was patient and answered all my questions, as well as letting me know other inquiries. Jada’s attitude was great, very kind and will definitely be back for a session with her.

I paid £700 plus for 3 sessions of microblading removal. I fear this “deal” was a scam. Basically the first session and last session they do not go deep with the laser. Only the middle session is effective because they go deep with the laser and actually remove ink. The last session they hardly scraped the skin and no ink was removed. This was to ensure I come back and pay more. Beware of this and make sure you ask them to go deep as possible on every session or ask for your money back. Very unhappy customer.

A 5* experience. I had someone greet me as I walked in and offered me a drink which helped ease my anxiousness. The staff were all so lovely and Maryam who was my laser esthetician was amazing! She was so informative and helped ease my anxiety. Very patient with me too and made me feel so welcome. She made my experience so pleasant and for that reason I’ll be continuing all my sessions :-)

Caring, professional and very knowledgeable Absolutely fantastic experience with Jada!

I went to Naama to have my PMU lip colour removed. The clinic is very stylish and clean. Staff were lovely. The treatment itself was quite painful seeing as it was on my lips, but the lady (sorry I forgot her name as I was nervous) was very understanding and we were able to stop at intervals. I made it through though, and unbelievably the lip colour was removed completely, in only one session!! I’m over the moon, so happy with the experience and I now have my natural lip colour back. Thank you Naama, it was well worth the trip to London and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Building a relationship with my therapist Alexis has been amazing. She explains the whole process and remembers little things about myself that she asks about making the appointments very tailored and personal. I’ve seen Alexis each time meaning that there has been a lot of trust built.

Highly recommend, had a session today for my eyebrows very professional and precise. My therapist was Yasmine today and previously Verity. The girls at the studio are amazing. Thank you!
