I started using mz skin products and I'm amazed with how they have improved my skin already I have used many brands before but nothing has made my skin glow and feel hydrated as it does now! I have acne prone skin and worry with what I use as many brands have broke me out! The products I've currenly been using are the calming cleanser, hyaluronic acid and the light moisturiser I haven't broke out once and my skin looks the best it has done :) very happy highly recommend.

MZ Skin has truly transformed my skin! As a rosacea suffer, I've really struggled in finding products that work for me, as I am very sensitive. The Calming range has really helped to suppress my redness and reduced my sensitivity. I couldn't recommend these products enough!

Love the new Microtox eye serum, I love how when applying the applicator feels like it’s cooling at the same time - a really nice tightening effect afterward!!

I have to say I am very very picky about my skincare routine and there are few products that have improved my skin as well as MZ Skin. I used to suffer from acne and had tried all kinds of cleansers and toners and had almost given up on the fact that I'd have clear skin. MZ Cleanse and Clarify is simply the best. Hands Down. My next purchase is the stem cell serum, my friends swear by it!

I have been using Soothe & Smooth eye cream for the last 9 months and I love the feel of the product and I have seen a big reduction in my dark circles. I recently bought the reviving bio-placenta serum and I LOVE it! I wake up with my skin feeling hydrated and bright. I have dry skin so I was skeptical that such a light serum could do so much, but it is perfection.

Ordered from MZSKIN a week ago and had a change of heart on one of the items in my order. Emailed customer services and they were so helpful, swapped out the product for the one I wanted (even though it was my error!) and I received my order super fast. Really impressed, will order again!

I had the mask for 18 months using 2x per week for 20 minutes. The red light on the mask stopped working. For 2 months I have filled put 2 reports, uploaded pictures and recipes and am still waiting to hear from them about the mask. This company does not have good customer support so I will never but a product from them again!

Terrible company with absolutely awful customer service. They charge extortionate prices for rubbish products paid over £500 for a mask which broke after the first couple of times of use.

I am not. Person that write reviews about everything but in this case it is needed. Please do not bother buying the HYDRA-BOOST AMPOULES. Made my skin super dry, basically my skin is in a worst condition than before the treatment. £ wasted and my skin for sure,

I have never had such cool products, on my face I feel that the products are expensive. the result is incredible.
what I liked the most is radiance & renewal when I have inflamed acne, I use this mask and I can feel the acids working, in the morning there is no trace, I am enthusiastic about mz skin products and recommend for everyone who loves luxury cosmetics and expensive quality care 💜💜

I have been using MZ Skin products for over 3 years now and can't recommend them enough. I use almost all her products but find Replenish & Restore particularly rewarding for my skin. My skin looks so healthy and glowing and I get comments from friends and strangers all the time. I am looking forward to the launch of Dr Zamani's day cream with 50 SPF. PLEASE!! It’s rare to find products that feel so great on your skin and also look great.

I am a regular purchaser of MZ Skin products. After spending £300 on my Liberty London Christmas Advent every product inside was amazing except the MZ Skin Hydra Mask. It was literally in pieces and eroding away inside the mask packaging. I emailed customer services at MZ Skin for a replacement who basically couldn't give a s##t and told me to contact Liberty to get a replacement. At the end of the day they only supplied the the Advent - MZ Skin produced and manufactured the mask so in my opinion they should replace it . These masks aren't cheap. Roughly sell for £25-35 each ! You would think that replacing this out of courtesy for a high end product would be automatic to a company like this . So thanks for nothing Grace ( Customer Experience Representative in Training) for having zero Customer Experience Represention ) and your extremely rude email response. I would 100% never buy an MZ Skin Product again or recommend you to friends either. Appalling Customer Experience !

worst product managent and customer service

get MZSKIN vitamin c serum, opened it and found it went bad and not fresh anymore (color become yellow, which showed on their website, too)
contact with their email, no response. get response from Instagram later on, get confirmation for resending one after couple day communication.

However, there is no email confirmation / tracking number, have to contact with them serveral time, giving them my address/name, email address,etc every time. still not solved.

2 week ago, they seen my massage and no reply. Now they not even read my message. :)

Used the retinol skin booster as directed first few days no problem then woke up and omg under my eyes and near my cheekbones I’ve aged 20 years. It’s been two weeks and still look as bad as ever. Customer service are not interested. All they said was if you’d bought the product we’d refund but as it’s a free sample then bye! Basically not interested that my high cheekbones and under eye look dreadful. I’m devastated and so glad I didn’t buy the full size. Beware of products and customer service as they are not interested in the customer. I’m devastated on how I now look and they just don’t care.

Not on the first or second, but on the third application, I could feel my skin respond. Result: keeps the skin hydrated, (no down or oily), fresh and fleshy. Very smooth, shiny, fleshy and healthier looking skin. It smells great! My skin benefited from it for sure. Excellent product!
