I can see that you have already been in touch with our Customer Care team and are currently corresponding with them regarding this matter. Please be assured that they are actively investigating the issue with our warehouse and are treating it as a priority.
We will do everything we can to resolve this for you as quickly as possible and will provide an update as soon as we have more information. As I hope you can appreciate, on rare occasions issues can arise within the courier network that are unfortunately outside of our control. While this is not the level of service we strive for, these situations are uncommon and the vast majority of orders arrive the next working day without any issue.

Love the marine miracle products
I love the Marine Miracle products and have been using them for quite a long time now. I just have to wait until they are on special offer to be able to afford them! I have also recently purchased the Wrinkleblock and Eyelifting products but haven’t actually tried using them yet so can’t really comment at the moment.

I absolutely love the marine miracle face and eye crème. I have used it for years and it’s kept my skin in great condition. I’m 52 where did time go and have used this crème for years.

Det är absolut min favorit ansiktskräm. Mycket mjuk, utslätande,tränger in i huden utan att kladda! Luktar fräscht inte starkt på nått sätt. (fortfarande synd att jag som bor i Sverige har svårt att få tag på den här! Det blir dyrt med administrations avgift o tullavgifter. Och jag kan tycka att krämen är dyr nu. Kostade ca600kr när jag började köpa den för 15år sedan.)

Product is fine ..marking for Mother’s Day for a western country not so .. maybe change the marketing to suit the culture of the country..not interested in dei rubbish , just like they wouldn’t be either if obviously western people were in an advertising campaign in their country. It works both ways remember.

The Transformulas Marine Miracle
The Transformulas Marine Miracle Eyezone feels light under the eye. The cream is so light and has a pleasant scent. I could actually feel the cream tightening under the eye. I have only been using this product for a short time but I can feel the cream working. Wish that there was more in the jar.

I have been using this brand since 2012. I normally buy both face and eye cream on Jet2 but they’ve stopped selling Marine Miracle Eye Cream on board. I thought it was discontinued… but no! So I’ll keep those black circles away again.
And their customer service is very good. 10/10

I would agree with the others. Both the wrinkleblock and the marine crème are amazing. I initially bought these on the flight a couple of years ago and then bought them twice more because I was impressed with the results. I also like the fact that it is a UK based brand.
