After reading a number of reviews, I was concerned after making my purchase. However, I have found the service to be exemplary and my product arrived in one week of ordering.

The company was quick to respond to any questions I had and I received exactly what I ordered promptly and intact

Argumentative. Refusal to provide refund under distance selling regulations for item which does not fit.

No issues whatsoever…..by far the cheapest place around! I only caught the reviews yesterday so was a little dubious, however, I had already placed my order so thought I’d see what happens! Sunday I placed my order, email confirmation received. Monday I received an email stating items have been dispatched. Tuesday (today), item received. I have already installed my items and have no complaints whatsoever! So in my opinion, good seller, good product and works crass it should. Very happy

I ordered a part, they sent me the wrong one, I am flabbergasted by the lack of customer service, they even make you pay for the returns. I am beside myself, having to deal with this company again is unfathomable!

The company then replied to me, calling me James, talking about god knows what order! What is the world of plumbing coming to!?

This seat just slammed shut. When I contacted this company their reply 'its the installation, nothing wrong with the seat'. Informed them that the instructions were followed step by step on 3 x occasions. Their reply "the seat was damaged on installation". The plumber (was installing in another bathroom) installed the seat.. his verdict .....'this seat is knackered!'. Very long story summarised....tried to return for a refund, Mts made many excuses why they would not accept this 'its unhygienic, not faulty etc etc '... They tried to get the manufacturer in the UK involved for installation guides and assistance. The final result was that the seat was not purchased from the UK but the Netherlands and the UK (arm) manufacture were not prepared to provide assistance. Numerous 'what's app' messages and emails later, Mts still not accepting responsibility, the seat is not faulty its the installation ! They then send replacement hinges in an attempt to fix the problem .....but its not faulty !!!!??? 2 Letters sent to Mts informing of intended court action.....response from them.... the seat is not faulty....!!!??? Its now September...I've just had a family bereavement ....I've got more important priorities that chasing Mr Richard King (customer admin) or is it Mr Richard King -Davis (MD) and his disingenuous company...My advise... stay clear ......

I ordered an actuating flushing mechanism from this company last month but instead of the product I wanted, they sent me an entire cistern system that was a different make and model and did not fit my toilet. When I asked for them to send me the correct product, I was told to return the wrong product to them (I had to pay £5 for return postage) and then they would send the correct product to me. However this company did not do this, instead they refunded me (£10 less than what I originally paid) and told me I would have to reorder the original item. When I went to reorder the product, it had increased in price since my initial order. So to correct an error that this company made, I was expected to pay an extra £28 just to receive the same product I should have received originally. I have so far already lost £15 and refuse to spend any more on this company. They are refusing to accept payment of the original product at the original price (which is actually illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and they just ignored my latest email complaining about this. Richard King was initially very helpful with resolving the issue with the wrong delivery but I now feel I have been scammed by this company. Nobody should ever order from here.

Came here to check if this company is legit, after reading dozens of reviews I've decided I can't deal with this company. This company maybe right in each one of these disagreements but the way they respond to customer complaints is disgusting, they clearly have no customer service skills, how they're still in operation is beyond me.

Do not buy from this company. The hose I needed showed on their website as "in stock": this was a lie. They acknowledged the order with a shipping note: again a lie as the part was not shipped. After about two months of being strung along by them I was told that the part had arrived and would be shipped. The next day I learnt that they did not have the part after all and it would be yet another couple of weeks before they could deliver. They refunded my money.

A company has to be really, really bad before I’ll leave a bad review – only a handful over several years. These are people’s livelihoods after all. I’d much rather complain in person and give them a chance to put their point of view while listening to mine. However, when a company won’t allow you to do that and makes no effort to understand your query then this is the result. I regularly use and rely on reviews and believe it’s important for others to know what they’re dealing with so they can make an informed choice.
The customer service in question is terrible. While acceptable to begin with, when challenged on a particular matter, it descended into being rude and unhelpful with a curt ending of the call. It was quite shocking. Honestly, the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. After that phone call. I was not convinced that they would deal with any issues that may arise if I ordered through them. I’d lost all confidence – even in actually getting the product, when I read other reviews.
I have ordered from companies with bad reviews before, usually after calling in to their customer service. If it’s good, I’ll take a chance; also if it’s local and I can go round if there’s a problem. I would not risk it with this company. It may go well for you but I suspect, especially after reading all these other reviews that’s it’s very hit and miss. After my own experience, I believe that if there’s a problem, you’ll be dealt with summarily and incredibly rudely. That was my experience before I’d even bought from them! If you value good customer service and fairness and decency, buy elsewhere.

Very quick service I ordered part on Friday before bank holiday and received on Tuesday just after bank holiday

Incomplete cistern assembly sent.

The bag which my item came in was already opened and they had removed the seal for the cistern assembly. I emailed them and they accused me of opening the bag so they wouldn't send me a replacement seal.

Why would I take it and request a replacement; there is no point in me having 2 seals is there.

Stupid company, do not use.

Bought a handle that was meant to include a fulcrum. Waited up to 4 days for delivery, then went on holiday before it arrived. After my holiday, I went to fit the handle and fulcrum, only to find the fulcrum was missing. They told me that all items are checked before dispatch, and because I had not checked within 48 hours, which was obviously not possible, that I can do one.

Did not try to listen to my reasons. This company is to be avoided like the plague.

AVOID ! If possible will give no starts at all !!!
Sales branded items and send you replacement replica ! Compete scammers !
Reporting them to trading standards and all possible institutions!

I ordered 2 Cersanit toilet seat dampers.They arrived very quickly but I ordered the wrong type.
Emailed MTS and received a reply straightaway telling me how to return which I did and refund received within 2 days.
Excellent service from MTS

I had to chase my order as it didn't arrive. Turns out another house in my street had also ordered from them and they got confused. I ordered two identical toilet seats. One arrived with faulty hinges that became loose over the following months so I asked for a replacement under guarantee. 1 month later and without communicating with me, a packet of parts for a new hinge arrived through my door without enough screws. I was able to use the original ones to refit the seat and it's now ok. They solved the problem but didn't make it easy. No instructions were provided for this or the original order.

Order cancelled after initially ordering in Sept.
No response to emails.
Very poor customer service
Told produce no longer available but is still available to buy on the Website.

Was a bit worried about ordering due to some of the reviews, but having seen the fact that there was a response against every bad review I went ahead and contacted the company with a query I had before ordering, and I can only say positive things about the company and this email query was replied to within the hour and so I subsequently ordered a part which was received very quickly within two days.

Great service from start to finish via WhatsApp and phone call to help me identify the fill valve I needed.
Very quick delivery time once the part was ordered 👍

I order toilet seat buffers in white. Grey buffers sent which are considerably cheaper rang customer services to rectify. Staff were rude and unable to help.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They supplied me with substandard fake parts that did not fit my toilet and will not refund me as it was over the 30 day limit despite that fact, that I am still within the 6 month limit of the Consumer rights act. They are asking me to return the product in it's original state, which of course I can't do because I had to fit it to see that it didn't work! I paid the same price of the 'named' part for this fake item. I rang them when I recieved the original package to query the items that I ordered but was assured everything was OK. Stupid me.... I was desperate for the correct parts for my toilet. I am going to continue to try and get my money back but please beware.
UPDATE:
Following the ‘story’ that the merchant has written here, I am happy to return the part, which is not damaged but was put in the toilet and removed because it did not work, if they pay for the shipping. In addition, please note that this merchant did not supply me with the original Saneux part that I ordered and paid for. They sent me a cheaper ‘fake’ part. I am still waiting for a refund as is my statutory right. I have since bought an original part and my toilet is working perfectly!
