Thanks for your feedback. After checking, we can see that you signed up on 06/30 and your TeslaMate instance started recording data on the same day. This means you successfully got everything working on the day you registered.
Just to clarify: all you need to do is click “Generate tokens” to connect your vehicle — no technical setup is required. The Grafana dashboards are also preinstalled and ready to use.
Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat, and we would have been happy to help if you'd reached out. It's always more effective to contact us directly rather than leaving an inaccurate review.

I was able to follow the instructions and achieve the goal.
But it shouldn't be more expensive!
One of the reasons I bought a Tesla back then was that all the connectivity was included in the price.
if it now becomes fashionable to take money for everything and anything like API keys, I will do without the functionality. it's not that important to me. it's just a fun feature that you like to have. currently 1€ a month I can still get over it, but since I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth, I basically turn every cent over twice before I spend it...

Long time TeslaFi user, but Teslamate allows me to collect pretty much the same data and keep it all locally, and there are no subscription fees! I find the various graphs and charts both informative and colorful.
If you enjoy the tech side of your Tesla you will find Teslamate an excellent fit

Too much complicated
Why don’t you accept negative feedbacks? Keep your reasons, but the product is way too difficult for an IT inexperienced user. Server, QNAP, NAS, Docker…not an everyday topic to me. The product wouldn’t be more useful with a simple app?

Then you have used the product daily for free for 7 days.
Simply ask for a refund if you found Teslamate too difficult...

Teslamate utilise l’API non officielle qui est gratuite.
Si elle venait à disparaître : MyTeslamate est déjà compatible avec la nouvelle API et nous proposons aux utilisateurs de créer leur propre Tesla API Application. Ainsi les coûts des appels Teslamate seront couverts par les 10$ offerts par mois par Tesla!
Il y a déjà déjà des utilisateurs Fleet qui fonctionnent comme cela sur MyTeslamate :)
