Great suit, pricier side but you are paying for quality and warmth! Other ‘high st’ brands at similar price do not offer as good quality and practicality. The suit was stylish and warm and practical for skiing! Had an issue and the team resolved swiftly. I’d highly recommend!

Truly obsessed with this brand. The design and overall quality feel elevated and intentional.

For reference, I’m 5’2” and about 115 lbs, so I fall between a Small and a Medium. My first purchase was a Small, and it definitely felt more tailored and fitted. I ordered the next two pieces in Medium for a bit more flexibility — especially if I want to layer or add light padding for extra cushioning on falls.

The Medium isn’t as sculpted as the Small, but it’s still flattering and comfortable, and I honestly received nonstop compliments either way. What really stands out is the branding detail at the waist. Even when my outer layer was off and I was just in the base layer, it still looked polished and on-brand. I got so many compliments — mostly from other women, which says everything.

It’s rare to find ski wear that balances performance and aesthetic this well. Already planning my next piece.

Very disappointed. I bought this ski suit because it looked very stylish, but unfortunately it’s not fit for skiing at all. It doesn’t keep you warm and scratches almost instantly, which is disappointing for something meant for the slopes. It’s extremely overpriced given the lack of functionality. The neck warmer also doesn’t stay up properly.

The only positive is the socks, which are actually great.

J’ai commandé le modèle Velocity Avoriaz Ski. Habituellement, je porte du S. Cependant, après avoir lu plusieurs commentaires indiquant que leurs vêtements taillaient petit, j’ai préféré commander une taille M.

À la réception du colis, j’ai malheureusement constaté que même la taille M était trop petite. La combinaison semble mal taillée : le haut est beaucoup trop serré et trop court, tandis que les jambes auraient pu être légèrement plus ajustées.

J’ai une morphologie standard et je n’ai habituellement aucun problème pour acheter des vêtements en ligne. Dans ce cas précis, le modèle manque clairement de volume et de longueur, ce qui est particulièrement problématique pour une tenue de ski.

Compte tenu du prix (620 €), je m’attendais à une qualité de coupe bien supérieure.

Par ailleurs, les frais de retour s’élèvent à 40 €, alors que je ne me suis pas trompée de taille : le problème vient manifestement de la coupe du produit.

Enfin, cela fait maintenant une semaine que le retour a été réceptionné et je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée.

I live in the US. I ordered a ski suit which was too small. They were very communicative and responsive. They did my exchange and the suit was still a tad snug. I sent it back and they arranged an additional exchange and were communicating through the whole process. The material of their products is high end. Very happy!

Whilst I am away on a ski trip, the metal belt buckle on my ski pants snapped and unable to wear. I have had these trousers around 2 years, but due to the nature of skiing and the amount I do ski, they’ve been worn maximum 6 times. If they were an item I wore regularly I would understand - but for a £200+ pair of trousers I would expect to wear them more than 6 times. I have ski clothing which I have had a lot more wear out of and paid significantly less money.
I emailed the brand with photos explaining and asking for a solution, however they weren’t interested. This is such a shame as over the last few years I’ve received multiple items as birthday/christmas presents and always recommended highly to other people who I know have spent a lot of money with the brand after my recommendations. Even if I was offered a small % off to repurchase, I would likely have done so.
Extremely put off and hesitant to purchase anything else going forward.

Ordered 2 items, one was great but wasn't a fan of the material of the other so made a return. It's been 2 weeks and not heard anything, I have emailed for an update and also no response.

Update- I've now received the refund so have rated higher but I would suggest that an auto email is sent once the return is received so that it gives some reassurance that all is ok and refund is in progress 😊

Really bad experience, they won’t refund my item and response times are very slow.

I purchased pants for my ski trip and they did not arrive on date promised. When I returned from my trip two weeks later the pants were there. I tried to return and they said I am now outside my exchange window. They are still full price, unworn and not even out of the bag. The WORST customer service. Lost a customer for sure. Beware!!!

I have been trying to contact My Sunday Ski for weeks now trying to exchange a Christmas gift which was around 1000 CHF. I have not received a response from their support email even though I have emailed multiple times. As others here report the size chart shown online is incorrect - we measured carefully and my husband purchased based on their chart. I would simply like to exchange for a different size so I can actually wear my suit this winter and base layers on the slopes.

We live winters in Swiss Alps and have many friends that ski and I would love to see this brand become more known in the French and Swiss Alps. However I cannot even get in touch to exchange my suit to wear it.

Update! They got back to me and are processing my exchange. So I am changing my review.

I have bought this for a gift for my partners birthday last week.
Bought it on the 20th of December and I have not been able to in the second week on January.
Not impressed

Dreadful company to deal with, sizes very small, charge you £8.00 to send anything back and if you want to do an exchange they charge you another £8.00. Very slow to answer emails, telephone line doesn’t work………stay away from this company

UPDATE:

I have screenshots as proof showing that I placed the order on 21-12-2025 and received it on 29-12-2025, and they still dare to lie. This has nothing to do with the Christmas period because 3 working days is 24-12-2025. So before Christmas.

If you want people to post better reviews, you have to do something about your customer service because I’m not the only one giving a one star review.

I ordered a ski jacket on 21-12-2025 for €580. The website stated a delivery time of 2–3 working days, which would mean delivery on December 23 or 24.
I also clearly informed them in advance that I absolutely needed the jacket by December 24 for my ski trip. I was told this would be fine.

The jacket only arrived on December 29. Delays can happen, but then communicate honestly and take responsibility.

What makes this really unacceptable is that I am now expected to pay €35 in return shipping costs. This is despite the fact that the delivery promise was not met and I couldn’t use the jacket at all.

• Promises not kept
• No accountability
• Very poor customer service
• High return costs pushed onto the customer

For this price, you expect reliability and proper service. This company delivers neither. I do not recommend ordering here.

Amazing quality and wonderful service! Have made many purchases, exchanges if needed always dealt with promptly. My go to for ski wear always. Thank you My Sunday Ski 🩵

Firstly sizing is off. Second customer service is non existent and they are off partying in st mortitz while your order never arrives.
