I ordered my first boxd Oder and when it came it wasn’t ideal for my son so I emailed boxd and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They resent me a complete new order and it was fantastic. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size . I realised this within minutes of hitting the confirm button and emailed the customer service team . Within minutes I had a reply saying one of the team would follow up . By lunchtime my mistake had been rectified and I had been advised it was on the way . This is amazing service from the very start . I have never used this company before but before I have even received the goods , I wanted to give them a huge shout out to how caring they were , especially at such a busy time of year . My son put a mystery football kit on his list last minute , I would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend it , can’t wait to see his mystery 5 item box ! Well done team keep up the good work !

Ordered a mystery football shirt box and I’m really happy with it. Communication was great from the start and delivery was nice and quick. My nephew loves the surprise factor — he gets so excited opening it. I even ended up with an Inter Milan scarf as an extra surprise, although my partner grabbed that straight away and claimed it as his! Overall, a really fun experience and good value. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered a Black Friday box which contained five random shirts. I'll admit I wasn't happy at first as I felt they were all not great picks (all very obscure and ill-fitting) for the cost of the box. I dealt with an absolutely wonderful customer service who organised a return and exchange, to which I received a lovely mix of shirts. This is a great little company who I think will go from strength to strength because of their staff; they were a delight!

Ordered the 5 product mystery box for my sons bday and I'm extremely disappointed in it, specifically asked for no UK teams and was sent an England scarf and QPR programme! After contacting them they sent replacements which was a silk scarf from an unknown team and random pair of football socks! The mystery football jacket, zipper or hoodie was a puma 1/4 zip top from no team which can be found on sports direct for £7. The only positives was the Algeria top and puma football.

Defo recommended! Had a bit of a mishap with a top ordered and the guys at Mystery Boxd were great in fixing this problem for me! Will definitely buy again

This company is doing a fantastic job saving all surplus shirts etc going to landfill. Their goods are excellent. The service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. If you need to return your item for any reason Matty and his team are so helpful and prompt with their exchanges.

Used them four times and on four times got teams that I’ve never heard of and are crap! Even when I stipulate certain leagues they still seem to come up with a gem I’ve never heard off?! I’ve sent them back twice only to be sent two more crap shirts!
Your kid will be disappointment when he gets a team he’s never heard of… I seriously think nobody ever gets the top Spanish, Italian, or German teams. Do yourself a favour , wait until after Xmas when all clubs put the kits in a sale and buy one you know he’s heard of!

Very fast delivery and quality products, ive unfortunately had to exchange an item due to duplicate from a previous order but communication was amazing and exhange was seamless. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a box and stated what team my son liked and disliked and got a box containing a top thats the same colour of the team he disliked with the same sponsor of the team he disliked and nothing with the team he supports. I now need to pay to return the item that they dont make easy for you to do. Very bad experience i wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Please beware when ordering

Firstly, what a fab idea these boxes are. Placed and received my order in a couple of days as advised. The box is just perfect (we had the ultimate kids ) which included a mixture of items from his favourite teams.
We received a shirt, training top, football, scarf and an old school programme which hubby immideately grabbed and read.
Fantastic pic and I know we will have one junior that will be over the moon with this on Xmas day. BOXD clearly paid attention to the notes on the order which I am grateful for.
Don't hesitate to purchase!

The customer service I have received when I made a mistake with my order was outstanding! The team were so professional and quick to respond, they sorted my issue without any problems and I highly recommend ordering from this company. Such a fun idea and saving items from landfill too. I ordered the wrong item so contacted customer care team . They responded immediately and I have to say I'm blown away with the level of service I have received. honestly I would rate them 6* if I could.
Apart from the service their boxes make such good presents they are amazing .

Anita and all the team were great. Customer satisfaction at its highest, coupled with hassle free ordering. Some of the larger companies should take a leaf out of their book and watch how true customer satisfaction is done!

My most recent order came and it was a shirt I already had so I asked if it was possible to exchange and the customer service team were amazing ! Sorted everything out for me and super friendly :)
