Delivery of the shirt was quick but unfortunately too small for my son. I have emailed 3 times asking how I can exchange it and have had no response to emails so am stuck with a shirt which is too small.

Unbelievable customer service,very fast helpful responses, 💯 recommend these guys 😁

We order one large adult box and one juniors. Both for our sons for Christmas. Unfortunately they had mixed the sizes up.

We contacted the company as the large box was our elder sons main present, we heard back promptly, however since and despite chasing we have not heard a thing from them.

We are growing concerned now and hoping we can get this resolved, but I’m not hopeful.

Great mystery box. My wee man loved it!
We did get a burst ball tho but the costumer service was second to none and dealt with promptly! Still waiting for replacement ball but because it’s the festive period I expect delays.

I ordered a football top for my husband for Christmas which was too small. Matty was extremely helpful in sorting this out. As soon as I had posted the shirt back and sent over the tracking number, a new shirt was sent out. Excellent customer service 😊

When my 15-year-old’s Christmas present arrived with an error, I was worried the surprise might be ruined. However, the way they handled the situation was truly world-class.

Instead of making excuses, they went completely out of their way to rectify the mistake immediately. Their customer service team was responsive, empathetic, and processed my order to ensure everything was perfect and rectified.

It is rare to find a business that takes such genuine pride in their work and cares so much about their customers' experiences. They turned a potentially stressful situation into a fantastic one; my son is thrilled, and I am a customer for life!

Such a great small business, customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced, resolved my problem so quickly. The shirts were a MASSIVE success with my 4 sons, will absolutely buy more, the buzz of seeing what kit they were going to get, couldn’t fault it.

This is the first time I have ordered a mystery shirt but it won’t be the last. We were all intrigued on Christmas morning to see what my husband opened and he was chuffed with it. It was very easy to order and delivery was speedy.

Mystery box of 5 items was brilliant. My nephew is a football geek and he loved every item. The 1988 football programme was excellent- printed when his dad was only 2 !! Thank you for such a great value Christmas present

Ordered Kids Mystery box for Xmas and he received a training top. I don’t consider that a football shirt. Can’t recommend and will try elsewhere.

Very disappointed in my sons box , Was expecting an obscure shirt from a club we’d never heard of but instead we got a Charlton training t-shirt which I wouldn’t class as a football shirt . The other items in the box are ok but I wouldn’t buy again .

Had to chase for delivery as poor notifications on eta. Was also asked if leagues/countries to avoid which fell on deaf ears. Clearly stated no English football league teams at all and got sent Preston North End & Swansea City tops. Now £60+ out of pocket as can’t give these to my son as Xmas present as he will not entertain them. Awful company that doesn’t listen to their paying customers. Will never use again. Rip off scammers!!!!!!

Staff were helpful but I’m really disappointed with the shirt. I ordered a Retro Football Shirt and received a 2017/2018 Training Shirt that isn’t in the best condition. And after looking the team up online found the exact shirt for brand new for £19.99 when I paid more than double that.

I purchased the kids ultimate mystery football box for my lads christmas present, he is going to be over the moon, I checked the box contents and the quality is far greater than competitors, I asked for a swap of the mystery shirt contained in the box, as I had already received Far eastern shirts from other companies, the customer service was above and beyond, with a swap with a more reputable kit manufacturer (Puma)
