Terrible company. Quality of products absolutely ridiculous I wouldn’t use their clothes to clean my bathroom. Refund process doesn’t exist if you want refund you have to pay for shipping the products more than they cost. Do not buy from them! Scam

I cannot stress enough: this has been the worst transaction I have ever made. I ordered knee-length boots in UK women’s size 7, listed as true to size, yet received 255 (25.5 cm) boots that did not fit.
I tried returning them to their Netherlands address at a cost of £15, but the address was wrong/false and the boots came back. The company then provided a China address expecting me to pay again, but now will not receive or respond to any of my emails. Sending the boots to China would cost even more — my total out-of-pocket expense so far is £70, including the cost of the boots. There have been months of back-and-forth, with zero accountability, and no resolution make this completely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company or their website to avoid it entirely.

I did not read the reviews the kind customers wrote to warn about this Mysa London. So, I foolishly ordered a golden glitter top from them to wear to a Christmas function. It arrived late, is made from a different material and looks nothing compared to the one that I ordered as was advertised. Rather, it is made from cheap looking stretchy glitter material lined with cream coloured stretchy fabric. Due to this, I have been sent a cream glitter top which is far from what I have paid for.
There is no information on how to return items and all attempts to contact Mysa has failed. This means that I am stuck with something I do not want.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company and wished I hadn't. The boots were not as advertised and arrived late. When I came to return them, they advised the buyer is responsible for all return costs. After checking the returns policy, which is non existent and many emails to arrange a return for refund, they advise the returns address is China. Cost to send back more than value of boots. They offered 25% refund and to keep the boots I don't want.
I reluctantly agreed and, surprise, I have not heard from them since.

Wish I had read reviews here before buying from this company.
I bought a pair of boots advertised as orthopaedic when they arrived they were too narrow for my feet although the quality of the boots were good. Trying to return them you have to email or ring them as there is no return system on the site even though it boldly states free shipping and easy returns. First you are offered two options replacement at a cost of £9 and keep the boots or refund of 20% and keep the boots. Neither of these options I wanted. To return you have to send them to China and incur postage costs or get a 25% refund. Still debating what to do but very frustrating i wouldn't have bought from them if made aware of this on the website which it is not.

This site is a fake one.Don't order on this site the items is not what they discribe. Avoid this site. The parcel is not coming or is arriving a wrong item.

Do not buy anything from them. They pretend to be in London and Europe. They are in China and the goods are substandard and you won't get a refund. Their email box says it is full all the time. If you make the mistake of buying, report to your credit card company to try and get it sorted.

Do not order anything from this website! Ordered some heated gloves for a Xmas gift and what arrived were a pair of normal unheated gloves! And no email response! Scam site!

The delivery took ages. The boots when they arrived were really poor quality. They are described as orthopedic. I can't in any way see why! The name of this company is a complete lie. They are nothing to do with London. The only saving grace is that they are cheap. And they utterly deserve to be. Really avoid this supplier like the plague

Please , Please don't order anything from this company, 1 star is 1 too many. It's not from London it's a complete scam. I have emailed them 6 times and every time the email is returned undelivered apart from the very first one sent.

Stupidly diddn’t check up on the company before ordering , ordered my husband a leather jacket , was on offer over xmas , received it and it’s nothing like the picture , 100% polyester also ! Not even leather , wasted money , wasted time and no response from company when trying to return it !!!

As stated in other reviews company says mysa London, I ordered some sports wear for my partner, he is not a large man so I always order a medium, I chased the item as was taking a long time and was a Christmas present, the clothing wouldn't fit my 5 year old grandchild so requested to send it back, that was a project in itself, you have to send pictures and state the reason, many times as the email keeps bouncing back saying it can't be delivered, then when I started complaining I just wanted to return the item and needed a return address I finally was given an address of a person in china, I still sent it stupidly costing me over £9 as they had stated to have it tracked return, I have emailed many times asking if received and have been asked to provide proof of receipt, which weirdly won't send, I work hard for my money and am annoyed I have been ripped off with no communication, this person should be reported for false advertising and ripping people off!!!!

Avoid this company if you ever want the option to return an item from the Uk.

Their customer service telephone number is in USA.

The email address they provide you with does initially give you a response, requesting full details of the reasons for your return including video and photo evidence of the garment so that they can see they are theirs before they initiate a refund.

This in itself is bizarre to the extreme!

However, when you try to send this information back to them you are hit with the email doesn’t deliver, citing a full mail box every time you try to send it!

Do not buy from this website. There is absolutely no way to return items. I had ordered joggers which were extremely cheap quality. They do not allow you to return

I ordered trousers from Mysa London. First, it took ages for them to arrive. When I ot them I wasn't happy with the product and they made it impossible to return. I will never buy there again and will recommend everybody not to bother going on their website.

Premium shipping (only option ...) is supposedly free with an optional shipping protection at £4.95. I de-selected that but the cost was STILL included in my basket - on principle I did not complete the order.
A lost sale for Mysa London ... in fact potentially many ... I was originally placing an order for x3 colours of the same blouse, but decided to order x1 on the basis of trust pilot reviews ...

Ordered waterproof riding boots, not aware items come from China. This is not mentioned on the website. They say they were a London shop but now closed to online orders only!
The boots are 2 sizes too small and zip doesn't fasten over the heel.
Offered a 25% refund or to return to China at my cost. They are not fit for purpose.
If they offer a 100% refund, I would change my rating, as that's the correct customer service I expect.

How I wish I had checked on this company before ordering an item of “ knitwear “ my experience has been the same as many others… item cheap and nasty, quite unwearable and zero genuine response to emails. No return address has yet come my way. I have reported this as fraud to my bank and suggest others do the same . A scam .
