Purchased pre loved ring which was a great price and which looked better when it arrived than it did on the website. I’d been worried about buying online fearing the worst but my concerns turned out to be groundless. Would use again

They were. Veery helpful and took time explaining things to me

I've shopped with this company a few times now. Items that I have purchased have been great quality always been very pleased and delivered promptly

Fantastic service from B and the team at GGreen . Thank you

Lovely friendly service from Lucy with her amazing gold nails 😁 felt very comfortable in the shop and got a good deal.

Excellent service from Mark. The item purchased was ready to collect within an hour of ordering and my friend was able to pick up same day and it fitted! Thank you so much Pickwick 😀

I have bought, borrowed and sold with this company and always received the best level of service. When I’ve purchased jewellery from pickwick’s the staff have always been helpful in recommending pieces they know I would like. They have a great selection of jewellery ranging from vintage to new, pre-loved designer bags, shoes & watches. Personally I love to scroll through pickwicks onlie shop I recommend you do the same, big thanks to the pickwick’s team in ashford, Kent.

What a fantastic team! Sorted out some “tat” and walked out £2k richer!

My two guardian angels.. Nilar and Bae.
I came to pickwick to loan some jewellery due to a unexpected expense.

I have to say that from start to finish they we're absolutely wonderful how they helped me with the whole process of my jewellery and my loan.

They were fully sympathetic of my situation and went above and beyond. Their level of customer service is amazing and both were so compassionate.

Both ladies are a credit to the Compnay and please if management read this plesse give these ladies a rise they deserve it!!!

Thank you again so so so much to Nilar and Bae
MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR
God bless you both and

Brilliant service!

Very good service from Bea and Jean. Very grateful.

Rang Pickwick's as I wanted info clarifying as I have not purchased from them before. My questions were all answered and I received my item the next day . Just as described....beautiful...love my new gloves

I want to thank the staff at Pickwick Jean, Bea and Nilor.

Nilor explained everything concisely and in a way that made everything clear for me to understand. She was patient and listened to my queries and replied with knowledge, clarity and politeness. She also, tried to achieve the best deal for me and explained the easiest ways to retrieve my good. Overall, I'm extremely grateful for the service that I received and will go back to use their services again. I also recommend that you attend too to see that everything I've written is true.😊

Just popped into my local Pickwick Jewellers in the High-street (Ashford Kent) to see if they could help with a clasp on my Tiffany Bracelet that I had caught and pulled open. A quote from Tiffany was £75!
I was greeted by a lovely lady who was more than helpful and went out the back and returned with my Tiffany Bracelet repaired. Absolutely over the moon and the service of these two ladies went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is after repairs
The stock they also have onsite is lovely and the shop is both clean and welcoming
Thank you Bev and Shelley for your service today you’ve made my day doing what you did for me xx
