Pickwick Jewellers and Pawnbrokers Anmeldelser

Quick and easy to pay for and came really quick.
Best service we’ve had in buying Jewelery on-line.

I popped into Pickwick's in Eltham High Street yesterday to take an old tin which had some old broken pieces of gold to see if I could scrap it. I was welcomed by a really lovely lady who listened to what I had to say and sorted it out for me. She was kind and I trusted her from the start as she showed me courtesy and politeness. I'd never done this before so I had no idea what to expect. After the lovely lady came back she told me what was gold and what was not and gave me back the worthless items in a nice bag....then told me what I was getting for the gold!.....I wasn't expecting so much. I felt like I had won the lottery. I'm so glad that I went to Pickwick rather than anyone else on the High Street. I am so grateful for the kind service I received. Thank you so much.

I dealt with Sarah when purchasing from the Maidstone store and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She sent on additional images and also held the item over the weekend.

Mike at Pickwicks Maidstone was friendly and dealt with my customer queries efficiently and professionally. Would have no hesitation in using Pickwicks in the future.

From a buyers point of view not the politest of shops, Unfortunately they also have a habit of not returning calls when requested.
Not a good business model!

Bought two quality items, both delivered in good time and in excellent condition. Very easy and pleasant to deal with.
