I was careless when I ordered an iPhone 16 pro defender case with a holster. I had googled Otterbox Defender and had not noticed that the picture on myphonecase.com did not show “Otterbox” on the product and did not notice that the description did not say that it was an Otterbox product.

I have attempted to contact myphonecase by email 3 times and they have not responded. I tried calling and the phone number does not go through to anyone, it just hangs up on me.

So, buyer beware. Do not expect any customer service. Be sure you want what you order. Do not expect to be able to return anything. And I feel the name of the product is deceptive.

The item came quickly, it was a bit too small so doesn't completely cover the screen, but I don't think it will he an issue.

My order arrived damage and unusable. Messaged them twice with no response. Tried calling as well and got no response.

Like the Watch but would like a better band.

The good news is that the screen protector arrived very expeditiously and fit perfectly. It was easy to apply and fit snugly. The bad news is that the camera protector, although the proper size, would not adhere to the phone. Unfortunately, I had removed my original shield and was left with no protection (both protectors had no stickiness). So buyer beware...

It doesn’t fit I wanted a refund but couldn’t find the source for a response in that category.. wouldn’t recommend material is cheap poor quality and took forever to ship

I absolutely loved the quality of the glass protective cover for my phone. It came with the guides, it was super easy to install/replace . The pricing could not be beat for something so high end. I use an Android A02 and it was a perfect fit. The only thing that made me a little nervous was it took a week to get to me in California and the same day I sent a not very nice email (sorry about that) go figure they arrived in the mail. I would DEFINITELY use this company super happy with their products and now my phone screen looks brand new. Keep up t h e great work, just be a little more patient then I was lol.

Well build design

Phone case didn't fit moto g phone, blocks stylus from being used and volume buttons don't line up.. phone falls out of phone case

The screen protector did not work for the Pixel 6 XL phone. There is etched thumb print logo on the actual screen protector that prevents phone from working. Wast of money.

I have not found anyone to put it on my phone.

They never had their email site working to contact them about any problems. I received the wrong case size and have like to return it. Probably won’t use this site in the future.
