Drop shipper w/ no Customer Service
Accidentally purchased the wrong model. Sent a follow-up email to the company. Never got a response. Ordered the replacement. Never got a refund. Won't use this site again.

It was the wrong item it took 3 weeks…
It was the wrong item it took 3 weeks to a month to get here there's no way for me to send it back and I'm very unhappy with it it was $35 just for a plain case and I wanted red and it came purple so it had to be the wrong case the case I looked at had two three pieces to it and a magnet on back this was just a plain case

I've used a case from MyPhoneCase for years
I've used a case from MyPhoneCase for years. It has protected my phone while crawling under homes and riding my bike. I knew I wanted the same case for my new phone. The case is great and I would recommend it for all around protection. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that the new case for my iPhone does not have a guard for the charging port like the last case I had. The guard helped keep debris out of the port. I don't use the clip feature. A phone came out of the case clipped to my belt, so I keep my phone in my pocket rather than clipped to my belt. I removed the clip from the new case to reduce the space taken in my pocket.

Horrible. I ordered 2different ones that were supposed to fit my phone, but neither one did fit. I ended up buying one at Walmart.
