My three grown up children bought me the oval basket kit for my 70th birthday. I do several crafts but had never done willow weaving before. They also bought 4 star kits for us all to do together. We had a wonderful day. In hindsight I should have started with the star kit. The oval basket was a challenge but I completed it over four sessions with Molly's wonderful online tutorials, and I really love my finished (albeit very slightly wonky!) basket. Molly is so easy to follow and covers everything you could possibly want to ask. I am looking forward to my next project, possibly the round shopping basket. Maybe some Christmas decorations first. The ordering and delivery have been faultless.

Made my first purchase and was offered a special deal. Made the purchase which was for three kits, but when they arrived there were only two in the packaging. When I emailed to ask them to send the missing one, I was told that there was an error and that I wasnt going to get the third kit that was part of the deal. Wasnt offered a refund, replacement or any gesture of goodwill for their mistake. So Im left with less than what I agreed to buy, even when I have all the documentation to show that I boought three kits. Very dissapointing for it to have happened to begin with, but even more dissapointed in their customer service in their unwillingness to fix something that is their error.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I ordered the oval basket kit and it arrived very quickly. I had a couple of questions that were responded to quickly too. The course was easy to follow and well demonstrated throughout and I’m absolutely thrilled with my basket. I’ve had lots of compliments on it and people being amazed that I’ve made it myself!

The marking or a great company for me is
1. Having a great product - Myown2hands hit that mark for me. I received the fruit basket kit as a present; the video instructions were great and its easy to keep rewinding each tutorial as you go if you get a bit stuck. Given its a a video, the instructors are still really supportive and they add in little hints and tips as you go. I was really pleased with the basket I made although I'm hoping the next one will be a little less wonky! Its really given me the confidence and the appetite to do more.
2. Giving great customer service - I had a little trouble with the soaking of my willow - the team helped me via email and a couple of phone calls to sort things out and even issued me with a different batch that was easier to work with.
I would recommend myown2hands to anyone.

My first project was a plant support for the garden, after making quite a few and giving them away I wanted to make other things. After watching a few YT videos I felt I needed some in-depth lessons. I purchased the round basket kit and even though it turned out a bit 'un-round' I have persevered and am getting better. I have now bought the oval basket kit plus some willow only and keeping busy perfecting my skills. I can highly recommend buying a kit, the video is easy to follow and you get everything you need to start. I can honestly say it's highly addictive!

I purchased the plant support kit for a retirement project. When foxes made a hole in the soaking bag of willow a new bag was sent and I finally completed my project. The video instructions were great but the spiralling weave was a challenge and the project took four hours to complete. I was pleased with the result!

The tutorial was clear and easy to follow. There were plenty of resources with some willow left over which I was really chuffed with as I made a couple of star wands too! Now looking at which project I am going to do next 😊

The Willow Nesting Box course was excellent. The video was clear and extremely helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. So pleased with my bird box. Still cannot believe that I actually made it.

Loved my bird house basket weaving kit. A thoughtful birthday gift. I did the oval basket last year - thoroughly enjoyed and this shorter project didn’t disappoint!
Videos informative and also relaxing to watch.
Would highly recommend.

I absolutely adored making the willow bird feeder!
it was so fun, after I made a basket for my mum with the left over willow, she can collect her harvest from our allotment with it!

the instructions were brilliant and made me giggle in parts, felt down to earth and not robotic!
my mum has ordered the plant support so that's our next project.

bird feeder took me 2 days, 3/4 hours per day that i had spare, it is now my wellbeing past time, so therapeutic!

My friend and I had never weaved before, let alone with willow. The kit had everything we needed, and the videos were excellent. We had a brilliant time creating something that we can use and enjoy for years to come.

Wonderful videos. I was making the willow plant support. Equipment arrived promptly. I did run out of willow but that was very easily remedied. A quick email and I had a fresh supply the following day. Excellent customer service.

Just finished making the large oval market basket. Its maybe not quite the right shape, but I love it and enjoyed making it. If you are a novice and want to try basket making this is the company for you. They will look after you.

Made the oval market basket. Easy to follow and broken up well. Each move is shown several times which helps.

Excellent training videos. Everything we needed was in the kit. (Readily available household tools we had to provide) We were all set to go in our own time.
We had an enjoyable time making our baskets and are looking forward to the next project!

There was insufficient willow provided. I carefully followed the tutorials. Pulled it back twice incase of my own error but there simply wasn't enough. I haven't been able to get a response from the company. I have sent a message and e-mail but no-one has been able to respond.

There is no contact number for you to speak to a person. It seems that the company name differs from their trading name in order that you can't call. It's been a really expensive mistake for me

Sadly additional willow won't help at this stage. After the willow standing in the garden in high winds for 2 weeks, i fear it won't be salvageable. I am still receiving marketing emails. It appears those are getting through fine so it is a real mystery that any response to any of my 4 direct messages has not come through.

5th June: After replying to a marketing email where I asked for help again, the company has refunded me the original cost. It was only through trust pilot that I got response but the company have come through in the end and although it wasnt a great experience they have made sure that it cost me no more than my time.

Bought product (bird feeder) as a Xmas present for my wife, the link to the teaching videos did not work for due probably due to Wi-Fi securit issues. However the owner Patrick persevered and got it sorted for us so now looking forward to making our bird feeder.

I received the nesting box course for a Mother’s Day present this year 2025, from our children 💕. I can’t tell you how much fun my husband and I had each making a nesting box. We were fortunate to receive a two for one offer and there is enough Willow left to make at least one more Nesting box as well….result!

Ps. because we may be moving I didn’t want to hang out bird houses in the tree yet; I’ve created an alternative use for them… Wicker light fittings in our gazebo! 😁 then when we move, they can become proper bird houses.

This company are so good to deal with. They were very helpful with my queries and prompt in replying. I made a bird home. I have never done any weaving before but I loved this project. The instructions on line were really easy to follow and the process was easy for a first timer. Can't wait to do more.

I really enjoyed making the bird feeder. I haven't done any weaving for a couple of years so it was hard tough on my hands. It came out bigger than expected and the weavers only just went all the way round on the outside of the roof so to avoid butts finishing on the same side, I did one round of chasing wale using 12 weavers. It's not a project for a first attempt at weaving. I'm looking forward to making the bird box!
