كانت تجربه سيئه هذه المره تاخر الطرد لمده تقارب الشهر من تاريخ الطلب ليس بالعادة اضافه لعدم توصيل الطرد للمنزل ووضع علي نقطه بريد اضافه الي الزامي بدفع رسوم عند الاستلام وهذا ليس من عاداتكم خيبه امل

نعتذر جداً أن تجربتك الأخيرة لم تكن بالمستوى الذي اعتدت عليه منا.
لقد بذلنا قصارى جهدنا لتوصيل طلبك بأفضل طريقة ممكنة في ظل الظروف الحالية في المنطقة. إلا أن شركة الشحن التي نتعامل معها حالياً تتبع آلية توصيل مختلفة، ولذلك تم تسليم الشحنة إلى نقطة استلام في مكتب البريد بدلاً من توصيلها إلى عنوانك.
أما بالنسبة للرسوم التي طُلب منك دفعها عند استلام الشحنة، فهي رسوم جمركية أو رسوم استيراد تفرضها الجهات المختصة في بلد الوجهة، وهي خارج نطاق سيطرتنا، كما هو موضح على موقعنا الإلكتروني. ونأمل أنك تلقيت أيضاً إشعارنا بهذا الخصوص.

I have used mynametags for the past…
I have used mynametags for the past eight years since my eldest started Preschool and I can honestly say the quality, longevity and the fact that 52 sticker sheet lasts ages is a real bonus. Yes, they are slightly more expensive than some of the others that you can find on Google, but it’s well worth paying for high-quality, a family run business and to be honest the postage is rapid and I cannot them fought them. Keep up the amazing work, thanks for the recent order for both of my boys.

I ordered twice, and the quality was suprerb. Now the ink is all speckled and its hard to see the name because it looks like they are saving on ink.
