Out of the Ordinary!
The quality of the product is wonderful as well as its uniqueness. Many of my friends and family love it as do I. It did arrive quite a bit late from the estimated time provided. That would be my only “ding” about my purchase.

Bad resolution
Resolution for photo was bad when printed on canvas. Would have liked to receive a message regarding this or have quality checker sharpen photo prior to printing. This ruined the appearance of the gift and was a lot of money to spend to not have oversight on final production as the image they provide as preview is not sufficient for seeing these details

Zero Customer Service
There was zero update on the status of my order and my numerous calls and emails went unacknowledged and unanswered. There was ZERO customer service. Item finally arrived outside of the projected window. The item itself was fine but I was a day away from contacting my credit card company and reporting he transaction as fraud. VERY CONCERNING.
