Wilfred's Favourite Thing...
Been getting this box for 2 years now since my youngest was a kitten. We love all the different themes of the boxes and that you can tailor their preferences - mine absolutely loves feathers! My oldest cat who doesn't particularly love to play and is extra fussy with food has even taken a shine to a few of the toys which has been so cute to see. We've also discovered a lot of brilliant food/treat brands. Wilfred gets so excited when he sees the box arrive immediately trying to open it up and sniffling through it to pick all the toys out.

Amazing monthly subscription box for our fur babies. Always exciting and full of toys and treats. My 3 cats always enjoy the different themes and always loveeeeeeee the scratch pad at the bottom of the box. I highly recommend if you wanna treat your cats to subscribe.

Quality not the same
Disappointed with what used to be a great box. Hadn’t ordered for at least at year, maybe 2, and got an offer for two boxes for the price of one. So I ordered - my cat absolutely loves laying in the boxes the gifts come in. Products arrived and it was all fairly average, as opposed to the great quality stuff I’d had before. Probably barely worth what I’d paid. I cancelled the following box immediately, but 3 weeks later money was taken out of my account and another very average box arrived. So that’s more than £65 in about 3 weeks when I had paused the account for the following month. I’ve now managed to cancel the subscription completely and sadly won’t be ordering again. It’s a shame - it was a nice treat once in a while but 3 basic boxes in 3 weeks for £65 is crazy.

Cancelled and they still charged me months later.
I requested my account be cancelled on 26th April at 11:58 by contacting them on their support email address. I then paused the boxes to make sure I wasn't charged again. Today I was charged again and have contacted them yet again to cancel my account. The fact I can sign up without having to email them, yet I can't cancel without emailing them is appalling. It shouldnt take me having to contact them twice, with months of delay between for them to handle a cancellation. Add a button to the website and let people cancel when they want.
On top of this, the boxes are expensive for what you get, your basically buying an abundance of treats for your cats. Giving this many treats to your cat would be very unhealthy. You are better off spending £30 on toys and balanced food diet than this unhealthy box.

Love mymeow! Each box has been awesome and so wonderfully put together. Isabella and Zachary absolutely love there boxes! Toys are always a massive hit and the box scratcher too. The Furrari scratcher is just outstanding. Would highly recommend to any cat lovers!

Mymeow have great customer service
Mymeow have great customer service, my cat isn't allowed treats due to health issues so they cater the box to her needs with extra toys instead. I always get a response really fast if I have an issue and they are always happy to help, they make me feel like a valued customer. The quality of the boxes is great for the price and the themes are fun and creative.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I'm not sure if it's a small family run business or a huge worldwide business but it feels so personal and friendly. Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service, they solved my problem in a quick and friendly manner.
My cats really love the boxes too. It has become a monthly tradition to open MyMeow boxes with my 3 cats, and after we open them they go crazy with the new toys and treats for at least a few hours. It has become an experience that we look forward to each month, instead of just buying regular toys from a pet shop and adding them to the pile.
I definitely would recommend MyMeow.

Great customer service!
I recently received the wrong monthly box in the post and sent an email to customer care. I received a quick and friendly response and was sent a replacement box which arrived a few days later. Fab customer service! My cat Lola loves all the treats and toys she gets each month and I now know I can contact them with any issues I have and they will listen 😊

We love these boxes!
They are great value for money and our cat gets excited to see what treats she gets each month. The customer service is excellent and the one time I had an issue it was dealt with swiftly and politely.
I also like that they welcome feedback and adjust our box to age suitable products for our kitten.

5 star! No complaints at all
Really impressed with the service, always arrives on time and well packaged.
The detail that goes into some of the treats are fantastic! The latest Halloween version of the shining on a laptop with a mouspad as a scratcher was so inventive!
Ors like Christmas day everg mpnth for my cats they both love it!

The boxes are great and my cats get excited when they see it and we all open it together, although the last 2 boxes I have received have been very underwhelming and I could of purchased more and better quality items for the price of the subscription, I will leave it one more month but may unsubscribe if they boxes quality drops anymore

My cats absolutely love their box that comes monthly. There’s a wide range or different toys and treats that all my cats love! I rescue older cats aged between 9-18 years old and they all look forward to the postman knocking on the door with their parcel!
