Website is easy to use, delivered on time, and the ceramic heater that I purchased is very effective

This is my second Mylek drill, I was very satisfied with my first drill it was well used. When I needed a replacement I bought Mylek again. It can’t be beaten for performance at this an excellent price.

Sent quickly but expensive no doubt I will need another one.

As an electrician, I used it with a few customers and they are very happy with the products. Easy to install for us.

Web-site gives good info on the product, ordering easy and delivered within a few days.

The brand is Mylek who Hygiene Supplies are which makes contacting them easy
I called as had difficulty in using the App once installed on my phone, to set up the timer of the heater
The operator was semi helpful but we got there between us in the end
I would give the heater itself 5 stars
I would give the Instruction book 1 star as the print is too small and the photos poor quality- confirmed by the lady there I spoke to( did offer to email copy if I knew how to make the print larger but photos would still be poor!!!)
I would give the App 2 stars as it is not fully clear how to set up the timer step by step
If they improved these two issues I would happily change my score to 5 stars as the heater itself is great and the idea of it being wireless and usable by a App on the phone is
a bonus

Ordered this over the web and it arrived really quickly. Installation was really easy as I wall mounted it. The thing I have to say is the program settings are really confusing and not very user friendly. As for the manual well this was probably written by someone who just has no idea to how to write in plain simple English. I want to set the heater to work only for 8 hours but it is so confusing between comfort, eco and frost that I have just given up. Believe me I work in IT and install networks, repair servers and PC's this is madness. Customer services were not that great either. Wish I had bought a different heater with an easier timer.

I ordered an electric blanket (cheaper than Amazon and all other outlets) at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday and received it on Wednesday at 5.00 p.m. You can’t get better than that. Thank you. Great service. Great products. Great prices.

Recently bought a 2nd (500W slimline) Mylek heater direct from HSD, having bought a 2KW one from Amazon 3 weeks previously (from Amazon as their return service is so easy - just in case there was a problem with it, lol - there wasn't and I've put a 5star review for the heater on there too!)
So I did loads of research into panel heaters for our 25' by 8' holiday let, formerly a Victorian Wash House so no cetnral heating!
I needed something ultra slim because space is at a premium but I needed it to work really well as we have guests all through the year. I'd previously got 2 Purus / Futura ones in there, which were 'OK' but I had to have them on 45 degrees in the Winter and only the top got hot, then at 22 months the 2kw one died. These Mylek ones ae far superior!! Admittedly I realise the programme setting is cumbersome and challenging but since I didn't need to set it on a timer I didn't care. As far as heating the space, they are superb and the whole panel gets warm, not just the top!! Tehyr'e also completely silent. So when I'd fit the 2kw one (which I did myself - get me, 48 year old woman doesn't usually dare use a drill, lol! - it really wasn't that hard and the bracket is really secure!), I bought a 500w one for the other end of the space, replacing the Purus one, even though that was still working, but this is just so much better! I just don't want our guests to be cold and I want something that's easy to turn on, looks good, takes up hardly any space and was within my budget, and these have turned out to be ace!!

Ordered patio black spot remover. Order came quickly. Easy to apply. We cannot believe the difference to our patio forgot what it looked like originaly. So pleased with the result, amazed at how it worked.

MYLEK Slimline Wall Mounted Electric Panel Heater 2KW (code: 263603)

I purchased the above product in December 2019. Nice product but short life span, since the heating element broke after some months. This was replaced by the vendor, HSD with no quibble. However, the replacement has suffered the same fate, the heating element has blown. Because the unit is sealed, I cannot undertake a repair. Moreover, the original 12 month warranty, doesn't extend to the replacement, hence I am left out in the cold!
HSD seems like a fair company, but this product, likely made in China, is poor quality, the low price not really representing value, since I had expected the product to last for at least a couple of years.

Ordered two Mylek Panel heaters for our Summer House,they are perfect and its lovely and warm and toasty,even in these cold months,it takes a couple minutes to warm up,but they are so better than a fan heater buzzing away,give off a lovely heat,we hung them so they look really smart and neat,would recomed this product...

Bought a new 3kw outdoor heater 2 years ago and the infrared bulb popped and stopped working. Only 2 years old. Upon contacting the company for a replacement I was told they don't know what kind of bulb it is, that they don't carry it, and don't know where I could get one. Said I would have to buy another (£118.00 plus shipping). I would stay away from this company as this experience tells me their products and support are questionable.

Design fault makes it near impossible to properly install the 500w Milek panel heater because the operating mechanism obstructs access to right side securing lug. Only bathroom safe for zone 3. Disappointing.

Have had two of these heaters now and both have failed with the same problem! 1st was replaced, 2nd was refused replacement by Ebay company hygienesuppliesdirectlimited (which seems to be the same company as Mylek) as "out of warranty", but a new 1 year warranty should be issued with the replacement appliance, but not the case apparently! Avoid these heaters!
