Brilliant radiator, looks stylish the heat is strong and stays. The WiFi woukd brilliantly, it read delivered quickly and although tge delivery driver dropped it and I was not ready to inauspicious in my therapy suite, when I called I was told but to worry and call us when you are ready if it dies not work.

I needed to locate a wall bracket for a heater at my daughter's house as the original had been lost during refurbishments. In spite of not finding a model number on the heater Mylek correctly identied the correct part and sent me details to order. I was really impressed atr their speed of response, even messaging me on Boxing Day. Great service indeed

I've bought two of their Glass front Smart Heaters now, one in black for the office, and today I received a white one as a winter backup for a chilly kitchen/diner. Great price, quick & timely deliveries (they actually ring your doorbell, unlike our friends at Evri). They blast the heat out and the Tuya app is a joy, really easy to use and I love being able to control the settings remotely. Would definitely recommend.

I have had 6 off these panel heaters and the switches keep breaking? they have replaced 1 heater the other 2 that have broken i am having to use the plug socket as a switch

Great heater let down by a poor complicated app for controlling device.
All I personally need is times to come on times to go off and temperatures, and the ability to copy settings for each day, instead you have to do each day as required, the rest of my house is controlled by the Hive app, much easier to use and set up

Have purchased this type of fan previously from Mylek so I did know the build quality and the fact that it is a case of just take it out of the box and plug it in. Unfortunately this second fan wasn't quite the same. Although only a minor "build" - I did have to fix in place and screw up the support framework before I could use it. yes - it only took about ten minutes, but wasn't expecting to have to do any "put-together" at all. The previous one was already fully built and packaged.

A great company with fab products at very reasonable prices. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
