They have perfect delivery and they packed very well. Their product is fresh and daily.

Overall great shop!

Quick reply from their customer service representative, understanding and accommodating. Good quality, punctual updates, delivery, and packaging.

Love the full range at offer for all my Arabic food needs.

I love the concept and the range of food they offer which you wouldn’t normally find elsewhere, however, I would have bought more often from MyJam if the delivery fees weren’t so high, for example, I bought something for £4 and the delivery fee was £6, which really wouldn’t be worth it if I hadn’t bought more of the product

I placed an order containing a range of middle eastern bits and bobs and was surprised that there were no substitutions/cancellations. I fully expected some things to not be available, but everything turned up right on time, beautifully packaged. Will definitely use this shop again.

I make order by 158€ , but i didn't receive only bcz i miss to write the house number although i put my postcode and my phone number … when i contact the customer service they apologize and say we will wait you to order again 🤣

The quality of the product I received from [MyJam ] was exceptional. It was exactly as described on their website, and the craftsmanship was evident. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the overall quality of the product.

Overall, I highly recommend [myJam] for their excellent customer service, reliable delivery service, and high-quality products. They truly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you, , for providing such a positive and enjoyable experience.

Very good choice of items from different cultures. The website is easy to use. I found (food) items here that I've struggled to find elsewhere. Great for those of us that have multiple ethnicities and want a taste of home or for those that want to try something new! Items were as described, good quality and well packaged. Good value for money and fast shipping. I'm very pleased!

The rolled and stuffed lamb joint was excellently prepared. I thought that the cost of delivery was a bit expensive until the item arrived. The packaging alone justified the cost. The joint arrived o time, as promised, and was still chilled. Excellent product, excellent service.

Very fast delivery, kept informed about my order. Real fresh products, well handled and packed.
Will be ordering again real soon.

Excellent service - food delivered well-packaged and the fresh food was in a clever foil wrap with re-usable ice blocks. Really enjoyed our lahmacun and great to be able to restock the pantry with spices and sauces at a reasonable price.

Very good service on packing and delivering the groceries items.

Excellent quality of food / well wrapped and arrived on time. Well done

What a great business this is. Super speedy delivery. Possibly the best packaging I have ever received; so safe and well protected. Customer service is first class too. I had a question prior to shipping and it was answered instantly, knowledgeably and very politely.
I will be bank. Thank you for a perfect shopping experience.

Packaging and speed of delivery was excellent. However, I had explicitly requested that my item choices were not replaced by similar items if my choices were not available. MyJam responded to my request assuring me it would not happen. It did. I received two jars of jam I didn’t order. If I walk into a bar and order a pint of Stella Artois and the barman poured me a pint of Heineken and said, what’s your problem, it’s all lager, he could e assured I wouldn’t pay him a penny. It’s all fig jam I guess, is the attitude. Shame.

Very convenient. Will definitely order again

The quality of meat is really good and there was no issues with delivery etc. I will definitely order from them again.

The shop is very diverse and has everything I need - even hard to find products from back home! Everything can very well packaged, meat is fresh and everything is well in date. Delivery was on time and overall a great experience!

Ordered different varieties of sausages thinking they were made by myjam. However, they are all sourced from different suppliers, this wasn’t what I expected. The Moroccan lamb sausages lacked salt which affected the flavour.
Chicken sausages were nice. Haven’t tried others. Not sure if I will order again.
