I have ordered many beautiful pieces for my wife over the years. I was a little late in ordering a pair of earrings for her birthday this year. After I ordered, I noticed on the website that they may no be sent before her birthday. I emailed and got a very quick response from Myia telling me not to worry and they would be with me on time. Very pleased to say that they were! Thanks again Myia.

beautiful personalised pendant
The chart pendant looked really nice, it made a great gift for my friend. I had a hard time finding a natal chart pendant that wouldn't look like a natal chart, but rather like a stylish piece of jewellery with a unique design.
Myia provided the mockup of the pendant and gave us a list of possible add-ons or alterations she could make to the design. She also suggested the best delivery option for us. Great customer support.

Poor retuns service
Item purchased was well below the quallity expected, no offer to refund the cash, only vouchers. They were earrings but poor quality goods so hygiene does not come into it.

Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our returns policy. Typically, most companies do not provide returns on made to order items or earrings (for hygiene purposes) and we try out best to make this clear throughout our website.
Unless the item is faulty, our normal returns policy applies.
With that said, if you are ever unsure whether the receiver of your gift would be satisfied with your purchases in the future and you need special terms outside of our standard returns policy, I highly recommend getting in touch with us before hand as we tend to be able to accommodate most peoples requests.

Chipped diamond and bent ring band.
Ordered a salt and pepper diamond solitaire ring at Christmas. The ring band was slightly twisted out of shape. They only said if I bring it into the workshop they’d reshape it, but this wasn’t an option as we live abroad. Some weeks later a small chip appeared on the stone for no obvious reason at all. Diamonds are the hardest stones in the world and don’t just break without considerable force. Tried to contact the seller several times with photos of the defect and just got ignored. Avoid.

Exactly what I was looking for!
This ring was exactly what I was looking for - twisting white gold and yellow gold together - that I could not find anywhere else locally or online for a reasonable price, as well as such great quality.
I've worn it constantly since receiving it ahead of time and I am in love with it!

HORRIBLE customer service
I ordered a ring from Myia Bonner, and unfortunately when it arrived it was too small for my finger. I have been trying to get in touch with the company for over a month now - with absolutely no response - despite many different attempts and email addresses. Horrible customer service. I would NOT recommend!

Lovely earrings
Lovely earrings. Surprised they were sold separately. Makes them look tiny as they each have a box. Postage and packaging was extra even although I had spent £270. So a little disappointed.

The perfect wedding band for small hands

Pretty delicate jewellery in a wide range of sizes.
An easy to use website with beautiful jewellery that importantly came in tiny sizes - something that is almost impossible to find at other jewellers. The ring was a very well received present that was delivered quickly and nicely presented. I will definitely be using Myia Bonner again
