I purchased the coordinates poster for a friends new home! Loved it so much I purchased one for myself! I love it and It looks amazing.. a quick turnaround from order to when it shipped! Their customer service was quick on replies! Definitely an all around great experience and quality product!

This company/website was a delight to deal with! Kate the representative I had the pleasure to deal with was kind,understanding, and professional. She corrected the problem (and I think it was my fault for not confirming the shipping address not positive but..) and said she would ship another one! It was such a relief to get a very quick and positive solution. No hassle, no waiting. Thank you so very much Kate!!!

I loved the print but for what I paid I think a frame, even if generic should be offered with purchase. A print for over $40 is aggressive. The meaning behind it is what I wanted so I will find a frame I also love. I will continue to shop with this company in the future.

Haven’t received order after over a month. No reply from customer service. Do not order from.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but that was not an option. I am sending a complaint to the better business bureau, declining the charges to my bank account (and I don't guess there is much I can do about fraudulent busines practices in Germany-shocker).

This is hands-down the worst company I have ever done business with.

I ordered a print and frame and didn’t receive the frame

I paid for a frame and never received it. Please check my order and correct this. The colors were off on my print out too.

Great product! My sister loved it for her new home.

Even better than imagined! I ordered a coordinates print and watercolor painting and I love them. The design is so cool and everybody keeps asking me where I got those! Shipping was also fast (4 days from the initial order, 3 days for shipping to Pennsylvania). Highly recommended, will definitely order again soon. Thank you Kate for your outstanding support!

UPDATE: I have finally received my order after about 3 weeks, when told the estimated ship time was 5-6 business days. They claimed to have shipped it and it got lost, however I called FedEx and the shipper only created a label and never set a pick up time, so FedEx states they never received it. So I am not sure what happen there, or who is telling the truth. I also feel deceived by the order, please note you will JUST receive the painting not the frame that they advertise the image in. Overall my experience was iffy, the painting is beautiful. But just know you will need to wait awhile for the product to be delivered and it does not come with the frame like it appears on the website.

PREVIOUS REVIEW: I placed my order 11/20/21, and was given an estimated date of 5 to 6 business days well, it is WAY past that. My order status is still unfulfilled AND they charged my card. I have reached out to the support team twice now and haven't heard back. I am starting to worry about my order as it is a gift. I should have read the reviews before ordering so I could have known better..

Be aware that the frame and print are NOT assembled if you choose that combination. I sent this as an engagement gift. So far, the couple has received an empty black frame. The delivery of the Print is undetermined. Embarrassing!
I would expect the print to be framed based on the marketing on this site and the significant increase in price for a framed print.
The frame is not great quality. TBH you can save money and find a better frame purchasing on your own.
I can not comment on the quality of the print since it is still in transit.

This custom watercolor print of our first home arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and went beyond my expectations! It is such a beautiful memory to cherish and looks lovely in our living room.

I didn't realize the frame was not included. This should be more prominently described early on in the description, rather than at the end of a bunch of print.

AMAZING shipping speed. When my poster arrived it had a little damage spot on it and after I contacted them they sent me a new one right away, great customer service. Plus the poster is exactly like the pictures online.
