Still no full response, I can not get through to these people and they refuse to acknowledge my messages

I ordered the watercolor painting and was disappointed with the product. I let them know about this and didn’t even receive a response. Would not recommend.

Today I ordered 3 prints on line and I made a mistake on one of them by selecting the wrong size, I chat with Kate, she responded very fast and in a very professional way and solved me problem in a second. Kate is Superb!!!!!

I needed to change my request last minute and they were more than happy to accommodate!

I ordered black frames and the quality is terrible for how much they cost: thin wood, paint only has one layer of coating (not the pristine black they show in the pictures) some areas are dull, can see light between where the corners connect because it's so cheaply made. I tried to get a refund and their policy says no returns-- don't waste your money.

Ordered a watercolor of my son's house. It came but was really bad, plus it was missing the EST. I emailed the day it came to let then know it was awful (per their instructions). I asked for a redo. Emailed a couple more times but no response. It was an anniversary gift so I could not wait any longer. I am out $71.36. I want a refund!!

Customer service was excellent! I had a wonderful experience.

For Valentine's Day, I placed a Coordinates Print order on January 22nd. My order was promptly acknowledged and shipped on the 25th to me. Tracking the shipment, on February 8th I noticed the package was no longer in transit. Worried, it would not arrive in time for Valentine's Day, I contacted Kate to check delivery status. Kate replied she would reprint and would personally expedite shipping via another carrier so it would make it time for the big day. She completely exceeded my expectation.

I'm happy to report not only did the reprint arrive on Valentine's Day, but the original print also arrived as well. My wife loved the print.

I tried to reimburse Kate for the reprint along with expedited shipping costs. She would have none of it. This is the kind of customer service you simply do not see anymore. I'll be a lifetime customer! Thank you Kate!

Worked with Kate who was wonderful and sent me beautiful pictures quickly. We will cherish these posters and memrobelia forever. Thank you!!

Promised to have delivered and failed, my package sat for days. Even after communication they had nothing but excuses. Do. Not count on them for your special moment!

My son in law and daughter loved it! Went right out and bought a frame for it. Very unusual

Just hoping it arrives in time for Valentine’s Day. I ordered this back in Jan and it still hasn’t arrived 😩

Poster had two creases so I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately that they will send me another one. Very good customer service. This poster is well made and love the way it looks in the black frame. I look forward to receiving the new poster.

The product was great, but it arrived damaged during shipping and the corner was darkened and crumbled. The packaging needs to be more robust.

Print was nice but the frame very over priced for the quality. Not much better than a dollar store frame.

We are in love with two of personalized posters from my happy place. I love the quality of the products and these posters definitely bring more character into our home. Also the customer service is really helpful and response with fast speed.
We will for sure order more posters or gift in the near future.
