I will NEVER shop with Furniture Mecca again!! They offered what I thought was financing but turned out to be a lease that would seemingly never end if I hadn't called to inquire. To make matters worse, wooden the bunk beds that I purchased broke and there was no warranty because one wasn't offered to me. I didn't even have the beds for a year before they became unusable and wasn't even due to abuse. They just collapsed. First the top then the bottom. I had to pay more than they were worth and I wrote an email and called Furniture Mecca and no one reached out to me and I felt abandoned and duped.

I feel like I paid a lot of money for the furniture that I purchase. It was cheap and didn't last a year. When I called the store that told me because I didn't purchase a warranty. There was nothing they could do for me. The kids dressers fell apart under a year. The donning chairs were loose I was told to give the guys who delivered the furniture to give them a couple of dollars they could tighten them up. Under a year also. Poor customer service they don't even go out their well to try and fix the problem. I would never purchase anything from Mecca furniture store Lancaster. Signed an unhappy customer. The bunk bed is falling apart. My daughter bed broke the wood broke in half. The is a very thin teenager.

Don't buy anything from mecca I brought bulk bed in October and it's broke now.they don't want to replace it. I'm still paying for it and got to buy my kids bed to.smh bad business

I love how your hands on with the customers with myself and far as my bedroom is beautiful but instead of having four pieces of wood to keep the bed up I think you'll need more than four pieces because mine's broke I just fake Johnny better wood and need more than four pieces of wood to hold the box spring up but I love the company overall but you just need more than four pieces of wood to hold the box spring and Mattress up on the bed in better wood metal would be so much better then thin pieces of wood love you guys over all

My love seat was damage and it took almost two months to have it replace even though it came damage and I still had extra coverage on it , unprofessional business etiquette, plus they said they wasn't pulling your credit and they did because I have credit protection and I was alerted by them about furniture Mecca untruth business practices

My product I receive was great it was just the false information given at the store

Great deals and nice furniture. When I moved I furnished my home with things from there store. But the hassel of delivery and being able to contact someone on phone for updates on your order is horrible. The plan to cover your furniture is not a true deal at all. Not sure if I would come back or not.

I bought my bedroom set in here. My furniture after a month fall apart, I tried to contact the store and never received a respond from there. I called Ashley to ask for warranty and they told me that I have to do it by this store, Never was contacted back from the store.

Prices are too high and talk to you like you don't know what you're talking about

Very very very Unprofessional and unorganized

I ordered a living room from them online. They took a payment, sent a contract, and then the day they had to reschedule, I requested to have a refund. They refused to give me my refund and I had to get in touch with my bank to be reimbursed.

Worst experience ever.

The delivery doesn't include trash from the boxes and packaging they just leave it in your house ! Their is a charge for delivery with no clean up included and no warranty for products for furniture. The wording on the receipt it is in very fine print, very tiny and hard to read. It is on back on a carbon copy of receipt. The delivery company states they are a third party company & they don't have good customer service. Employees work off commission for sells at the store.

The actual in store experience was fine no complaints but delivery process was horrible I never received the pre delivery call, they entered the wrong delivery address, the tracker showed the truck on stop 1 all day and then they left ALL the trash on the side of my house!! Very displeased customer!!!

Awesome customer service face to face, over the phone, and online. No pressure to buy. Knowledgeable about products. Love this place and always recommend!

I brought a dining rm set and the chairs was wood ridin and I kept turning to get in touch with them they kept giving me the run around and I didn't even have the set for a year....

The store employees were nice but the warehouse, is beyond horrible! I have been told over and over that my furniture would be delivered on specific dates then tht day would come and the delivery was nowhere to be made they wouldn't even contact me to inform me if the change! Then a couple of times they came when I would be at work even though I requested my delivery to be after 3 when I'm home from work! Then they'll reschedule another delivery another 2-5 days out! It's extremely frustrating and I still have not received my furniture which was paid for!

I got a Dining Room Set and it was delivered on time and is sturdy and strong love it... I will going back to that store on Hunting Park
